It took me a week to pull the trigger, peppering him with text questions on a daily basis, yet never once did he push or threaten me (you know, like “someone else is about to buy the car”, etc.). He always responded in a thorough and timely manner, even drove the car home for me because I was already driving one that I wasn’t trading in. The F&I guy was neither pushy nor took up too much of my time (as they can often do), in fact the whole buying transaction went smoothly and took much less time (and pressure) than I anticipated. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the Bill Luke Fiat dealership, ask for Bud and tell them/him that the Black Kat sent you ;) More

Second time as good as the first Less than a year ago, we purchased a Fiat 500 from James Woods, so when we decided we wanted a 500X, we knew who we wanted to see. He remembered us, which was really cool, as I imagine he meets lots of people in his work. After a test drive, James went through all the features of the car and the specials the dealership was running. We quickly settled on a price for our trade and worked out the financing details. After a brief wait, we met with Chip in finance again, who also handled our paperwork process efficiently. My husband told him that buying a car from Bill Luke Fiat is the easiest process he's gone through. That pretty much sums up our great experience. Great dealership and we love the 500X! More

I have purchased many vehicles in the past and it's usually an exhausting and lengthy process, but I was in and out in less than two hours. There was no pressure and no annoying sales pitch. Instead, Nick gave me some good advice and saved me money on things I thought I would need but didn't . no muss no fuss no rush looking for a tundra. 1st stop,another dealer.very nice crewmax,nice color and great wheels.price was within market value,but their own add on put it looking for a tundra. 1st stop,another dealer.very nice crewmax,nice color and great wheels.price was within market value,but their own add on put it a little too high.salesperson was reading off the specs from a paper in his hand,things i already read myself on line.some of my questions he had no answer too. test drive was short, turn right,turn right and back to the dealership.what quality control-windshield had no less than 4 dings,one requiring replacement.so,back to web,and there sits a nice tundra at Bill Luke Fiat. salesman out,James Woods. friendly,no rush,no paper in hand but had all the facts and answered all my questions.test drive was long and enjoyable. no hurry to get back,James would say keep going,get on expressway and check it out. back to dealership,offered refreshment,paperwork was not rushed. he explained everything that i was signing. so of course,the truck was great and we made a deal,even came down on price. it was late evening my arrival,know it was a long and hot day for James,but no muss no fuss no rush.my time with Jay Zomlefer was entirely of paper signing,but just as with James,Jay explained everything and was not entirely all business,talked small talk,laughed.they sold me a quality vehicle but i will see them for my next purchase. will see you on my follow up maintenance.
