I knew I wanted a Fiat, having researched their dependability, but had no idea where to go & get one, other than the Tempe Auto Plex was just down the street from me. I contacted several dealerships with Fiats that were only a few years old, prior to reaching out to Shawn Hucko @ Bill Luke. However, he quickly moved on my inquiry & educated me on the benefits of going with a brand new 500 Pop, due to the amazing warranty. At the end of the day, the difference was only $1500 between the used & new ones, but a huge difference in my peace of mind. Shawn is professional, knowledgable & backs up his belief, that our relationship does not end at the point of sale. I can not even express how lovely my experience was! Not an easy task when I should have been home in bed! I typically dread buying vehicles, but the Bill Luke team changed my line of thinking with their incredible customer service! Would you believe they even introduced me to their Service Dept team, who will be taking care of my maintenance & repairs going forward too? That was a first! I am so excited to have their support to help me care for this adorable car! Thank you Shawn & the entire Bill Luke team, for turning my duress, into delight! False advertising Called about a Subaru Forester listed on Auto Trader for 17K. Was told by salesman and a manager that the price was 17K, plus sales tax, doc fee and Called about a Subaru Forester listed on Auto Trader for 17K. Was told by salesman and a manager that the price was 17K, plus sales tax, doc fee and tags and title, period. Told them both that our previous vehicle was totaled and we were paying for the vehicle with proceeds from insurance. Drove 20 miles from central Phoenix to see vehicle. Drove it, liked it, decided to buy it. We were then told that the price was 17K only if we were financing, but w/o financing the price was 18K. Nothing in the Auto Trader ad specified that financing was required for the 17K price. Very, very misleading. We walked out. Be careful of these guys! More
