He was so helpful and friendly, and did not make the experience intimidating. He was knowledgeable on the cars I was interested in and did not have an overly 'salesy' vibe. He knew what I was interested in, and he seemed to genuinely want to help me find a car. I ended up buying my car from him and would not hesitate to send others his way.
