Sales was great, service was awful! We purchased a new Fiat from Bill Luke a little over a year ago. The sales process was nice and easy and the car has been great. We recently took it We purchased a new Fiat from Bill Luke a little over a year ago. The sales process was nice and easy and the car has been great. We recently took it in for an oil change and when we dropped it off there were no visible chips in the windshield and no cracks. Eight hours later we went to pick it up and there was a crack that ran the full length of the windshield. I asked them about replacing the windshield and was told by Dan Jensen (service manager) that it is their policy not to take responsibility for cracked windows. We had a long conversation but the gist of it was I couldn't prove it happened there so it must have been my fault. It was frustrating enough that they wouldn't take responsibility for something that obviously happened when they had the car. The rude and condescending way it was handled was salt in the wound. Still love the Fiat but will never spend another dollar with Bill Luke. More

Run away! I bought my car last month, 2015 Ford Focus. We worked with Mark in sales and he was fabulous! Then I had a terrible time with the finance manager tha I bought my car last month, 2015 Ford Focus. We worked with Mark in sales and he was fabulous! Then I had a terrible time with the finance manager that was very rude, acted as though it was WAY below him to be sealing me a used car, and in fact assured me several times that it was a used car ! When it came down to him trying to sell me the remote and I found out that my USED car did not have a remote to unlock the doors I walked out. one key, no remote for the door locks. They called me to say they would give me the remotes, and a key if I would come back and complete the sale. I agreed, but ONLY IF I could have a new finance manager. Guess what???? I still do not have my remotes, 5 weeks later. They sure cashed my down payment check though. Stay away!!!! More

I immediately became very leery of the whole process. Bud Thomas was introduced as the salesman who would help me. He got a customer with a somewhat hostile attitude. Despite that he patiently worked through some of the misinformation I had on the car until I was satisfied everything was as it should be. He addressed a couple of concerns I had about the car and had them addressed immediately. We arrived at a price that was satisfactory to both of us and I drove home with the car. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bud to anyone looking for a car. More

Not truthful Terrible experience. We told them right away we had our own financing through USAA and after hours with the salesman we found the right car and not un Terrible experience. We told them that was fine and then they came back and said they needed our social security numbers and had to run our credit, that it was required by law. This is a straight up lie. They refused to sell us the car we wanted if we didn't Let them pull our credit. Very unethical. To qualify for USAA you have to be a member or family of a member of the US military. I told them the US Army had already verified my identify. We walked out having wasted hours. More
