This dealer has no problem selling cars with BRANDED titles and NOT disclosing it to there customers.I bought a 2021 Jeep wrangler in March 2022.It was a Buyback vehicle.It ended up having a BRANDED tit titles and NOT disclosing it to there customers.I bought a 2021 Jeep wrangler in March 2022.It was a Buyback vehicle.It ended up having a BRANDED title which is like a SALVAGE title.The dealer is doing NOTHING to take responsibility.They committed and are committing a constant FRAUD by selling these vehicles to consumers.I want my MONEY back!!!! The GM and owners Son Eric Luke told me to hire an attorney,that it was my fault that I did not do a title search to find out if the vehicle had a BRANDED title.I have now hired an Attorney and filed complaints with the AZ attorney General,BBB and the dealers association of America.DO NOT do business with Bill Luke.They have no morals,no ethics.They are Criminals. If you are looking at one of there Heavily advertised "Dealer "buyback" internet deals....DO NOT do it.You will end up saving a few thousand dollars and loosing 30K on your resale like we did.BRANDED TITLE/SALVAGE TITLE/same thing.FRAUD!!!!!!!
