We bought a 2023 used Toyota RAV4 from Bill Luke Tempe in June 2024. I could not be at the dealership to sign papers because we had a sick dog at home and couldn't leave him. My husband went down and handled the negotiations, and I signed the paperwork via DocuSign. My husband told the finance guy, George, multiple times that we did not want any extra charges, i.e., window breakage coverage, dent coverage, extended warranty, etc. (meaning NO EXTRA CHARGES). George agreed to those terms. My husband never saw the paperwork because it was emailed directly to me for signature. While signing, I noted a "lifetime tint protection fee" for 399.00. I suppose I should have asked my husband about it, but I assumed he requested it since it was in the contract. When I questioned him about it when he got home, he stated he told George in no uncertain terms that there should be no extra charges added. My husband called George the next day to discuss this charge, and George's response was, "You signed the paperwork!" My husband then asked to speak to the manager. The "manager" called my husband back the next day, and his response was similar, "You signed the paperwork. What do you want me to do?" My husband responded that the right and ethical thing to do would be to refund the money since he explicitly stated "No Extra Charges." The manager said, "Well, that's not going to happen," and when my husband told him we would leave bad reviews regarding their shady practices and horrible customer service, he responded, "Go ahead and do what you have to do." I will never do business with Bill Luke again, and I recommend anyone else doing business with them check their contracts very carefully to make sure no additional costs have been slipped in without their knowledge prior to signing! More

Unfortunately, there was an internal disconnect in booking the appointment and Charlie went above and beyond to get them taken care of to my utmost surprise and satisfaction - no going back and forth, no bartering, no nothing, no having to argue - just everything taken care of and made right. I have never been treated this well at any other dealer. I will definitely be back. More

He even brought our vehicle to our house and picked up our trade in. He took the time to show me the basics of the car we bought, which was a welcome change of many previous purchases for us.
