They pull your new car up with a big smile and hand over your keys... well ONE key for a 24k car ✋ what dealership wouldn't have the courtesy to at least provide two keys! It gets worse, I get into a car with the GAS LIGHT ON... they are joking right? We noticed their lot attendant had also jumped a curb and a CHUNK of the tire was now missing.... not even an apology, they were more irritated with me!! Than JESSIE HERNANDEZ decides to say because he is a father of two children he understands my safety concern and will replace the tire BUT come back in 4 days 😳 I guess my childrens lives didnt matter for those four days... I drive my new no gas, chunk in the wheel unsafe new car home and the premier package I paid extra for, guess what the subs are totally blown and dont even work ✋ went to shut off the vehicle and it wont shut off!!!! The sensors aren't communicating and my car thinks its still in park... you now have to DISCONNECT THE BATTERY TO SHUT IT OFF!! Immediately call mr family man himself mr herndez back and he tells me oh my sounds like a transmission issue. The earliest we have it 1pm thurday, SIX DAYS AWAY.... well here is Friday. Bill luke now had my car 2 days... they decided my premier package stereo system isnt their concern and they wont fix it. My car that wont shut off 10/10 didnt do it while they had it 🤔 and my tire CHUNK isn't a big enough safety issue now either... I have filed a lemon law complaint with the dmv ( if you didnt know how much power they have, look it up) I opened a formal complaint with Gm and I will be going to the BBB Please dont get scammed like my family. More
