Will never buy a vehicle here again. Sold me a car with rodent damage. Damage not covered by warranty and I am out $537.00. Sales manager accused me of having a rodent problem. In less than 500 miles I have had to spend a ridiculous amount of money to fix what I was told was a car in perfect shape. I guess that is how they take advantage of out of state buyers. Car is great, price was ok, trade value was awful. Promised an allowance to replace the missing second key for the Car and never delivered. $800 key replacement cost. Also asked about a travel trailer trade to be included in the deal and they never addressed it even after I spoke to Daniel a third time about it. Each time said he would check and then nothing. Daniel also basically lied about what he said regarding the allowance for the key that I wanted to be a part of the deal. Kept double talking about trade allowance vs car price etc etc. His mouth moved but nothing accurate or related to the issue of the key allowance ever came out of it. Was a great experience until that conversation with Daniel and now I must order and pay an addition $800 for a key from Audi. $400 is a small concession when purchasing a $50000 vehicle. Should have gave me a cash allowance for the entire amount. Undervalued my trade by over $1850 when I had documents showing the trade in and wholesale value. It was always car is cheaper or less on the trade. Zero give. $400 on a $50000 purchase and in retrospect, I should’ve walked over it. More
