We purchased a white car here in January, 2021. The used car had paint chips and the steering seemed loose. The salesman set up an appt for us with there service department to correct both but we had to wa car had paint chips and the steering seemed loose. The salesman set up an appt for us with there service department to correct both but we had to wait 10 days. Brian said the service department would fully correct everything. At the appt the service department told us that they did not think the paint chips were bad enough for us to worry about. We demanded they fix them as was promised to us. The service department also said they could not do anything about the front end because the car was still under warranty. When we got the car back we noticed that the white paint used on the chips was a different white color. The service department informed us that they did not have a matching color for our white. We then took our car to the Ford dealership about the steering and we’re told it needs an alignment, as shown by the wearing on the tires. Alignments are covered by warranty. We returned the car back to Bill Luke’s service department and were declined the alignment. We wish we never had walked into Bill Luke of San Tan. Run, don’t walk away! More
