They covered the cost of a rental after I sobbed and pleaded with them that I was going to lose my job if I missed anymore work. I begged for my money back but was assured the vehicle would be fixed. Instead I feel like I was bullied into accepting something I wasn't happy with. The vehicle was NEVER fixed. I am now paying 14,000 for something I can not drive. That is on top of the 5 to 6 grand that it is going to cost me to fix the catalytic converter and water pump. I have owned this xxx for 13 months. I am a single mom, an essential worker with 1 income.

I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer from Bill Luke Santan. It was the nicest car I have ever owned....or so I thought. I have had problems with this vehicle since the day I bought it. First it was the a/ c. Literally 1 day of owning it. When I took it to their service center, after 3 days, I was told I was "grasping for straws". That there "was nothing wrong with the vehicle"Then it was the catalytic converter. Now, it's a water pump. I'm looking at 5-6 thousand dollars to repair. I'm a single mom with one income. I have owned the car only 13months with problem since the first day. I'm still making payments on it. I have missed days of work, begged, borrowed and paid dearly for rides to work. I am an essential worker, I do not get to work from home. I'm basically paying $600 a month( with full coverage) for a pretty vehicle to just be looked at...I will NEVER go back. I am heartbroken at how excited my daughter was to have a new car. She sat with me during the entire buying process. She held my hand and when we got the keys, she was shaking she was so excited. She is 10. 😔 It breaks my heart it ended up being a lemon we can not drive. 😩

You purchased your vehicle April 5th of 2020 so it has been nearly 14 months that you have owned the vehicle. With that being said, when you contacted us the day after the purchase with concerns about the A/C we were happy to assist you as it was the right thing to do. We have made every effort to take care of you as a client, including as you mentioned a member of our management staff using his own credit card to expedite getting you a rental car. Per your email to a member of our staff you stated that you were going to pursue legal action and that all communication would need to go through your attorney so naturally we referred you to ours after you initiated contact with us again. We are sorry to hear that you need to make repairs to your vehicle, but after nearly 14 months of owning it we should not be expected to pay for the repairs.

I'm a single mom making $ 9. 50 an hour. I do have legal advice but Bill Luke Santan responded with a name of a personal injury Lawyer and no contact information for this person.These repairs for my vehicle that I purchased from Bill Luke Sant Tan were something that were due when I was sold the vehicle!!! I have a report and witness statements showing Bill Luke Santan reset computer codes to hide a catalytic converter insufficiency. This car was defective the day I bought it!!! I told my salesman at least 5 times I didn't want the vehicle with in the first three days. I missed days of work with no money, no car because Bill Luke SanTan took everything!!! Bill luke Santan's lead mechanic screamed at me in front of my 9year old. He said " this IS a USED car!!! You ARE grasping at straws"!!...he was no less than 2 inches from my face.!!! My daugher is still scared!! I could legitimately sue for ptsd inflicted on a minor....Bill Luke SanTan ripped off a single mom during a pandemic.. I'm not backing off. Bill Luke SanTan wronged me and they continue to wrong me. I had to pursue legal action to get any kind of a response from them. I DID receive ( From Bill Luke SanTan) a laughable offer to cover 300 dollars of a part that will ultimately cost me thousands at final cost. Guess what?? They are only offering that markfown...IF I take my defective vehicle nto THEIR OWN service station and pay them the " discounted price" of just under 2 grand!!!iIt 's a part that they knew was defective!! A service manager, Quam, told me he "lost" the paperwork:from the Ford dealership that Bill Luke SanTan had to send my vehicle to because they couldn't figure out the reason it was shaking so violently... This was DAYS after having my new vehicle in the shop. I never received any email or paperwork. I can describe the Bill Luke Service Station waiting room perfectly. So can my daughter!! Bill Luke SanTan wascperfectly fine with me finding my own way to work... A single mom, they just took my entire tax return, before stimulus ( they did ask me if I had received that though, it was one of their first questions for me!!) They left me high and dry with no way to work. When I broke down sobbing, I was told Ryan luke was going to cover the cost of a rental....Awesome right!?! Ryan Luke did not have a drivers license...the owner, ceo doesn't have a driver's license!?! So my daughter and I sat outside the rental car agency for 45 more min. It was April/ may it was hot. We were not allowed inside because of covid...so we just sat and waited. 1200 dollars down, just signed a $ 14000 lease and no vehicle, no help. When I called Bill Luke to ask about their promise to help me with a rental....Quam told me " well that's the rental agency policy! There is nothing we can do!!!". My daughter and I are now stuck in the AZ summer sun with no way home. Yet, paying $14, 000 on a used vehicle that is NOT running at this point. Finally, after calls and calls to Bill Luke Sant Tan a general manager came and used HIS OWN credit card to get me and my daughter a rental. 2+ hours in the summer midday sun. I can back up every statement I make! I don'want financial gain from this company at all! I want Bill Luke Santan to buy out my loan so I can move on with my life. I don't care if Ivnever see that vehicle again in my life. I have put so much money into this lemon from Bill Luke SanTan. .Does anyone honestly think any person could buy a vehicle from Bill luke Santan knowing they attacked a single mom with one 1 income during a pandemic!?! That's what they are clinging to? I had to tell them I was getting a lawyer for any kind of response back. The ceo Ryan Luke was so perfectly okay just giving me the lawyer's name. Never once asking " why". I feel like this must be a " thing" for Bill Luke Santan. They are in the wrong and they have done little to nothing to help me. Their attacks to me on social media prove my case 100%!! Would you be okay letting your daughter, wife niece, buy from this place? Knowing the mechanics are a joke and the owner pushes you off onto a lawyer before knowing what is wrong!!! I mean if you need proof email me directly@ nicholewamsley@ hotmail.com. I have documents, photos, whatever you need. I have consulted an Attorney. He thinks I have a strong case but rent, car payment, car insurance, lights, gas, childcare on $9.50 an hour is super tight already. Should I be lying or fabricating the truth I would suspect my stories to be different everytime. I am willing/ able to take a polygraph if legal cousel should need me to participate in doing so in any up coming litigation. Based solely on prosecution team only****

A side note: The mechanic who worked on my car for the air conditioning ( after holding on to it for 3 days) told me that I was " grasping for straws". The violent shaking during idle with the a/ c on is still happening. I was too scared to take it back. It was also my only means of transportation. I couldn't afford to miss anymore work.

Bill Luke Sa Tan, this is NOT going away. You made a mistake. Your lack of willingness to respond is only proof that you are in the wrong Your offer to knock $ 300.00 off an almost $ 800.00 part. Not including 1000,00+ dollars in labor ONLY at YOUR service station!!! proves that you are in the wrong and trying to " fix" something at little to no cost to you. BILL LUKE SANTAN SELLS LEMONS TO SINGLE MOMS AND THEN PUSHES THEM OFF ONTO AN ATTORNEY!!!!!

I just wanted a car that ran. The one I was sold, did not. You knew my income when you let me drive it off of the lot. I told Abdul at least 5 times that I did NOT wantthis vehicle. It shook violently and ran poorly. This vehicle was never fixed. My dad is a Master Tech for a well known nationwide company. He told me the day I brought it home, it was running codes of "Cat inefficiency". I have all of that paperwork 3 hours into owning the vehicle. I've never been excited to have this suv. I was bullied, missed work my daughter was traumatizedby by you mechanic. I didn't have a good experience at all and you continue to nully me and berate me on a public forum but will not contact me directly.
