I have purchased more than 10 cars in my life and today I purchased a 2021 Yukon from Bill Luke. This purchase was hands down the best buying experience I have ever had. Paul Minter was our sales person and purchased a 2021 Yukon from Bill Luke. This purchase was hands down the best buying experience I have ever had. Paul Minter was our sales person and was tremendous from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, kind and above all not a pushy sales person. My wife initially went to look at the vehicle by herself. She drove the car and Paul answered all of her questions. She left and told Paul she would discuss it with me and he never once pressured her. We went back an hour later and got a great deal on a vehicle that with all the chip shortages you can't even get new. All the options, 8,000 miles, basically new. Great deal and a great buying experience. I especially like the no haggle policy, they put their best foot forward out of the gate so you can do your research and know you are getting a great deal. Valerie Solis helped us with our financing and was also tremendous. Best financing experience I have ever had purchasing a car. We had a pre-approval for a great low interest loan from my credit union and they facilitated the loan with my credit union at the pre-approved rate making the entire process very easy.
