STAY AWAY, SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! !!!!! They will pull a credit report without your permission. When you want to take the car to a mechanic before purchasing they do high pressure !!!!! They lied about the car not needing tires and were fine to send me out the door with bad tires. The upper management are pushy and rude. My salesman Roger was awesome, too bad he works for such a shady company. More
Talk about bait and switch. My parents called about a vehicle and worked out the details. I had to go pick them up at their house and drive them to the lot, and it was a long drive. We get there and see the car they were coming to buy with their name on it. It was marked reserved that was nice. After waiting for the sales person to come meet them. He hands them off to a different sales person and then the new sales person tells them that they can't buy the car they came to buy that has their name on it because it was already sold and then they try to sell them something different. My parents had already called their insurance company to start the process to add it to the policy. That is a horrible way to run a business. They went through a lot to get to the lot under the impression they had a car reserved just to get the old school scummy bait and switch. More
Update review from 1 star to 3 star. after 6 plus weeks of back and forth e mails and text i fiinaly got paint touch up and floor mat installed. My wife and I had a great experience with our car purchase from Chris at Bill Luke Marana. Zero pressure, asked for the price and was provided it. Told Chris we had 6 like cars we were looking at tod purchase from Chris at Bill Luke Marana. Zero pressure, asked for the price and was provided it. Told Chris we had 6 like cars we were looking at today from multiple dealers. We went back after lunch and bought the car from Chris. Car was clean which is not what I can say for the other dealers in Tucson. They were disgusting to say the least. Pricing was fair and no xx dealing with the finance folks. We did pay cash for our purchase as we don't like payments but were treated well and no up selling for add on's. We did purchase a security system due to Kia's being stolen frequently. They must be a good car if they want them that bad. This will be our 3rd Kia. 635k miles between the 2 previous cars. I will definitely do business with Bill Luke in the future. I was pleased with my recent purchase from Bill Luke Marana. This is my 3rd vehicle from Bill Luke. I emailed to check on availability via Auto Trader. I was sent a text message within a few minutes. I said I was interested in looking at the car and would be there within a few hours. They had it ready and waiting at the VIP lot. Dominic in sales and Zane in finance did a great job. We only had one hiccup through the experience. I did not purchase the aftermarket alarm through Bill Luke's extended warranty program. When they disabled the alarm it ended up disabling the whole vehicle. It was holiday weekend and everyone had left so was unable to take it home that night. However Dominic and his sales manager made sure to make it right and get the vehicle delivered to me. Overall it was a good experience. More
Beware of additional service scam(s), had my vehicle in for schedule service and they sent me a text message saying that the mechanic recommended replacing my engine air filter as they were getting dirty w for schedule service and they sent me a text message saying that the mechanic recommended replacing my engine air filter as they were getting dirty well unfortunately they had lied to me as I had them recently replaced and I actually inspected them after I picked up my vehicle and they were clean like brand new still so I don't know why they would lie to me like that did the mechanic even look at the filters or just a scam to make extra money? Please don't lie to customers for work that is not needed. More
