Bought a 2022 Chrysler voyager with 45,000 miles on it on October 14, 24 from Andrew . As soon as I drove it off the lot the ac stopped working. Then on December 23 the vehicle lost power engine light came on, It barely made it home. I called Andrew the next day and got the runaround, after 3 days of excuses he said the vehicle was not covered by their 3 month xx warranty. The problem ended up being the valve body in the transmission. If you buy from these guys don’t depend on them to stand behind there vehicle! More

Post sales, from finance on has been a complete clown show. Despite finance pushing fear, uncertainty and doubt regarding building credit and credit scores, that was complete fodder. We were able to close a cash transaction annoyed, but peacefully. All the sales docs were to be emailed, title and tag handled by the dealer. 35 days post closing and numerous requests including one to the finance director David Mayer and we cannot not get the sales docs, information on the title, or if the tag was handled properly. Even Darius in sales has been rendered completely powerless against the total lack of post sales customer service despite all his efforts to try and get answers. I would avoid this inconsiderate, poorly managed lack of standards comedy show at all costs. More
I had been shopping for a car and grew tired of hidden "reconditioning" fees and other add-ons from dealers. I also was surprised how few phone calls or emails were even returned. The lack of follow up even after I said I wanted to purchase a vehicle was horrible. I have purchased cars online and out of state before and that is how I found Bill Luke Marana.I was very surprised when I received a call back from my request within minutes; followed up by a text. The text included a video, pictures of the vehicle and other information. I was able to call and was sent an invoice for the total amount of the car - so I could see if any fees or add-on popped up. The only add-on was window tinting - which I would have wanted anyways and reasonably priced at $395. The other was the Documentation fee of $695; but I know that there is more work involved with an out of state buyer - so also didn't think that was a problem. That was it - everything was handle quickly; they even organized the transport of the truck. Here is the best thing - when the truck arrived; there was some damage that wasn't noticeable from video or pictures. I sent a text to the Internet Director; Rodney Zimmerman - explaining my disappointment. I assumed I would never hear back and it was my fault I didn't see the vehicle in person. That did not happen; Rodney called me back within minutes - express that the damage was NOT noticeable in the video and pictures and asked if I would get an estimate to repair the work. I provided an estimate and without hesitation - it was accepted and a check was sent overnight. Who does this any more? I have purchased at least 100 cars in my lifetime - this rates as one of the best buying experiences I have had. Thank you Rodney and thank you everyone involved in my purchase at Bill Luke Marana. It was marked reserved that was nice. After waiting for the sales person to come meet them. He hands them off to a different sales person and then the new sales person tells them that they can't buy the car they came to buy that has their name on it because it was already sold and then they try to sell them something different. My parents had already called their insurance company to start the process to add it to the policy. That is a horrible way to run a business. They went through a lot to get to the lot under the impression they had a car reserved just to get the old school scummy bait and switch. More
