I found a truck I wanted online and emailed to verify that it was still there the night before we drove down from Payson. The sales rep tried to sell us a Chevy Equinox, which was nice, with low miles, but the payment was going to be well over $400. No thanks! They only offered $1500 for our trade, which was worth way more. We walked away from the deal, ended up going to Sands Chevrolet in Surprise two weeks later, bought the truck we saw online from them and they gave us $600 more for our trade! Don't bother with Bill Luke, bait and switch!!! More
My wife and I went in on Sunday July 10 to possibly purchase a new vehicle and trade in our old one. We got the trade in price we wanted but we were still discussing the purchase price of the new vehic purchase a new vehicle and trade in our old one. We got the trade in price we wanted but we were still discussing the purchase price of the new vehicle. The discussion became about the monthly payments, which were more then we wanted. I mentioned how more money for our trade in and possibly less money for the new vehicle might ease the payments down. The salesman said those factors didn't matter. Then he went away and came back with the same purchase price and same trade in price but monthly payments down about 20-40 dollars. I asked how he did this, he mentioned that it wasn't important, he didn’t know and it was just something they (finance) did with the numbers. So after talking, he said "if we get these monthly payments somewhere around your wants, are you willing to buy the vehicle today." I said yes, and he asked me to sign on this line, I asked him what the signature was for, he said it was just a formality and that they (finance) wants to make sure you are serious about buying a vehicle. So after back and forth for about an hour my wife and I decide they aren’t giving us the prices we want. So we decided to leave. We have to ask for our keys which they had when they appraised our vehicle on hour ago. We proceed to leave, and then the finance guy comes over and wants to discuss why we won’t be purchasing a vehicle. I politely explain that we have seen their best offer and want to go to other dealerships and see if they can possibly beat it. In which the finance guy gets upset and says "do you really want to be dragging your wife around town?" I calmly avoided getting upset with this gentleman for questioning my actions as a husband. I simply restated that another dealership might offer a better deal, and I want to make sure I am getting the best possible price. I told him that if he could guarantee that I would be getting the lowest price, I would buy the vehicle, in which he could not. He again insulted me by mentioning that a trip to another dealership might just being saving me a few hundred bucks. He said "is your life really that hard", implying that I was some how poor. Again, controlling my anger, I mentioned that it’s my right as a consumer to shop around. I got up and he said "you signed right here saying you will buy this vehicle, what kind of man signs his name...” I cut him off from talking and mentioned that his salesman, who was sitting with him, told me that the signature was not important and it was just a formality. He looked at his salesman in anger and the salesman said nothing but put his head down. Then I walked out and left. More
I purchased a 2010 Dodge Caliber new through the internet service and had a very pleasant experience. Very unprofessional salesmen. Went there to get a new work truck. The salesman had no knowledge of what he was selling. Long story short, over promised and under delivered. The buying experience was far less stressful than any other car purchase I have ever made. ( I've made lots!) So pleasant I went back two weeks later and purchased another for the wife. The dealership is very organized, and the service area is so clean you can eat off of the floor. I had brought a car there for bodywork after an accident 3 years ago, and recalled being impressed! Our Dodge Caliber was one of thousands damaged in a Hail storm. After waiting to get in for weeks we were told it'd be there "awhile" Then were told it'd be done the next week only to be called 30 hours lat storm. Talk about the classic used car guy stereo type. This place is full of them. I was looking at a car they had there and for some reason the sales guy stood by the back door the whole time. Thought it was weird but didn't think to much about. He stands there telling me about how clean this car was and how it was a one owner and never been in any accidents blah. blah blah. So we get to the point of taking it for a drive he goes to get the keys and I noticed a huge dent with all kinds of scratches right where he was standing. I figured that I will get them to fix it if I take it so now that big of a deal. When we go inside I ask for a car fax. It took 30 minutes for him to bring it. I noticed the car fax had more miles then the car did, So I went to match up the vin and they didn't match. They gave me one from another car they had. So I left, went home pulled my own car fax and it had been in 2 accidents. NEVER SHOP THERE, BUYERS BEWARE!!! More

Was treated with the utmost respect during the buying process. Was given many different options to choose from with regards to financeing and was given excellent prices for other options that i chose to process. I have had in for service and each time truck was done as promised. When i took it back because of a recurring problem they litterally went out of their way to get it fixed right. I will buy from them again in the future. More
