I set up an appointment with Sparkle and when we arrived she was happy to meet us. She introduced us to Michael and said that he would be taking care of us today. All we really wanted to do was test drive a few different Jeeps and we said that we are not planning on making a purchase for a minimum of 4 months from now. They were still super friendly and gave us their full attention, even though they knew we would not be applying for a loan or making a purchase. Michael was very informative and helped us see what it is that we need to do in the following few months to prepare for the big purchase. I give Bill Luke Jeep a rating of 5 in every category, except price (because I am very frugal), because they were very friendly right from the get go and stayed friendly the entire time, which implies superb customer service across the board. It seems apparent that the quality of work is excellent, as everyone we ran into or dealt with was well dressed, professional and friendly as well.
