My experience with Bill Luke was Not a good one.We found a truck we liked called 9:00 in the morning and talk to Sparkle it was for sale. We drove down told them we wanted it. Found the manager Pat to be dishonest he had another buyer and at 2:00 he says sold to the other guy waste of a day. He was trying to see who would pay the most. Crazy thing is we tried pay full price cash not enough! Worst was when we ask to speak to General manager Kim Carter they 5:00 next day received a call from Drew another manager. turns out they were just giving us the run around. Pat made up a story that the car was first come first serve that this guy was first not true. Whole experience Shady More
We were referred to Bill Luke by Don Mcdowell and we could not be happier. Our salesman Kenny Workman was very patient and willing to let us look at as many cars/SUV's as I wanted. When I found the Equinox that I felt could be the car from me, Kenny worked up a deal that was fair but still out of idea budget. He allowed my husband and I to take a couple minutes to talk about it. When we came back to Kenny's office he had gone back to management and gotten us an additional discount. The next morning when I remember a question I called the number Kenny gave me at 6:15AM to find that he had given me his cell number. Kenny answer his phone and my question cheerfully, even at 6:15 AM on his day off. We also worked with Stephen in Finance. Stephen also was very professional and willing to work with us. We had alternate finanancing so Bill Luke was not going to gain any added $$ but when our financing was not going to be available as we planned, Stephen went above and beyond to work with us. Thank you So very much for making me feel so good about this Big purchase!!!! More

When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted promptly and throughout the entire process I never once felt pressured or imposed; quite the opposite. Coming from someone who generally dreads shopping and overly ambitious salesman, Murphy managed to make buying a car an overall enjoyable experience. Friendly doesn't fully capture his level of customer service. He went out of his way to accommodate me, I left believing he genuinely cared I was happy with my purchase and that says a lot on its own. As indecisive as I was, he was impressively patient. Murphy was highly professional and honest, no unnecessary negotiation. Finance was a breeze and Mark was also extremely accommodating. I sincerely appreciate the world class service I received at Bill Luke and would highly recommend this dealership. More
I was told I was pre approved, went with all my documents to the dealership. I met with Rick Lepowski. He told me I am approved up to 20,000. I told him what I wanted and he said he has to run it by his mana to the dealership. I met with Rick Lepowski. He told me I am approved up to 20,000. I told him what I wanted and he said he has to run it by his manager.. So I waited for about two hours, when this man came back and said that he has to try other banks to finance me. He told me he would call me the very next day. Guess what? It is now 2 weeks later, no one has called, and I was NOT approved. Its a rip off, they do not work with any credit situation. DON'T GO THERE, THEY WON'T HELP YOU AT ALL. Its a waste of time. More

my husband & i wanted to trade in our 2010 dodge 3500 ram for a new one, & we had the good fortune of doing business with our salesman, lionel hebert. he was wonderful & made a usually stressful experie ram for a new one, & we had the good fortune of doing business with our salesman, lionel hebert. he was wonderful & made a usually stressful experience a very pleasant one. this gentleman helped us to make the deal we needed and all under 4 hours. we are very happy with our experience at bill luke dodge, & we highly recommend mr. hebert as an exceptional salesman. also, we would like to mention that scott sripapattanavong was an excellent finance manager who helped us to finalize the sale. overall, we were treated very well at bill luke dodge, & we would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing a dodge truck. we have been to other dodge dealerships, & our previous experiences pale in comparison to the experience we had at the bill luke dealership. thank you again lionel & scott! First let me state that I dread going to dealerships because of the "car salesman" mentality. I had a few cars in mind that I was looking at but hadn't quiet made up my mind yet. Upon entering the dea because of the "car salesman" mentality. I had a few cars in mind that I was looking at but hadn't quiet made up my mind yet. Upon entering the dealership we hurried off to view as many cars on the lot as we could before we were approached (who hasn't done that?). We were acknowledged by Obe Birair who was so gracious and totally made me feel at ease. We explained that we were just looking and he was OK with that but also offered to show us any vehicle we were curious about. I appreciated that he didn't seem dismissive as if he was going to waste his time. He answered all of our questions on the various vehicles and even though the vehicle I initially came to the lot see was out he showed me another one that is similar but a different color. Long story short .. we loved it and ended up purchasing it. We worked with Scott Sripapattanaong in finance and he was just as awesome. I have to say that I walked (actually drove) away from this experience as a huge positive. I can't speak for all the employees at this Bill Luke dealerships but Obe and Scott were just amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met, very gracious, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt no intimidation or pressure with them what so ever. This is not the 1st vehicle I have purchased but it is the 1st feedback that I have left due to being so pleased with my overall experience. Obe and Scott truly are an asset to this dealership. More
