Run! I went to this dealership to for a Jeep. I picked the jeep i wanted, the finance mgr told me because I had a loan in my name already that I would need to trade in that vehicle to be appproved. That meant we would have to purchase two vehicles as the other vehicles was my husbands. The finance mgr played games with us for over 2 hours saying our cars were going for a very little amount in the auction when Carmax offers thousands more. So then they make you sign a blank piece of paper to agree that you are comfortable with that payment amount that you are comfortable with, the finance manager says ok you are approved for this payment amount and 10 minutes later he comes back and says unfortunately the bank won't accept that amount. Then I told them I am leaving. I tried to leave and the guy tells me now after 3 hours that they will work on it since they were closing and I would here from them tomorrow. So I go back the next day and the finance mgr told me he was STILL working on the deal. After waiting four hours and watching him play on his cell phone and my sales guy going back and forth giving us the run around we finally have an answer. My salesman tells me that magically we no longer needed to trade my car and I was approved for only one loan, but why in the world would they make me bring my 2nd car in and waste my time picking out a 2nd veh? So they can make a sale of course. Then after my loan is accepted he tells me that my payment would be $80 more than what I agreed to. I said no thanks, and tried to leave again. He went to talk to finance While the finance manager is playing on his cell phone he says no that he can't lower my payment. I told my salesman I can't pay that much and he goes to talk to finance again. Comes back and says hurry up and sign this, he made a mistake (finance mgr) and wrote down the lower amount $80 less and now my loan is approved. So I felt totally uncomfortable bc I am told to hurry up and sign as he made a mistake? I then get to the finance office and work with Wendy. She tells me that the bank won't give me a loan unless I get the 3000 car warranty. I said no thanks my insurance company offers a similar warranty for $65 every six months, she says that Geico plan is garbage and proceeds to pull up webpages of peoples blogs that are over 5 years old that say they had issues with the warranty. I could not believe it. She then said she will play with the computer to see if she could lower the price. Then again she magically changed the price to $1300 bc I am a costco member. I still didn't want it but she said I had to or my lender would deny the loan. She also misinformed me that my vehicle did not come with an alarm. She laughed and said these cars don't come with an alarm when the manufacturer has a passive alarm system installed. In order to verify I had an alarm I called the dealership and left messages every day for a week. If you call and ask for a manager the receptionist transfers you to a number and you get a voicemail. It took me 8 calls in one day to be transferred to a manager and again I got a voicemail. Thankfully a manager called me back and informed me I do have a passive alarm. All of this just take make $499 off their aftermarket alarm that she tried to sell me. This all occurred 3 weeks ago. Today I get a call from her and she says my loan hasn't even been approved yet. It has been 26 days since started this process and I was told my deal was finalized. It took them 3 days to even give me the car as they said my loan took longer than usual but was complete when I went home with it. I cannot believe the shady practices of this dealership. If I could do it over I would run as fast as I can away from this place. I previously purchased from many other dealerships including CARMAX and have had wonderful experiences with them. Don't go here! More

There were no surprises, no sudden up charges, no lengthy "I have to run this by my manager" sessions. Buck put a deal on the table that was too good to pass up. I love my car and I enjoyed driving it around today. Thank you for all your help. This was, without question, the best buying experience I have ever had! More

Old school haggle dealer with dishonest twist. After the sales guy runs your credit which is required here to get numbers (Bad) a guy misrepresenting himself as an autonomous Dodge Rep (He is really the sal sales guy runs your credit which is required here to get numbers (Bad) a guy misrepresenting himself as an autonomous Dodge Rep (He is really the sales mgr/closer). They did not disclose that there was a 0% interest deal from Dodge and instead tried to charge a 4.9% overage (of which they get back from the finance company). This was an out of state deal and they tried to charge me AZ sales tax and a $400 doc fee. They claimed they could do all the TX paperwork but if so they wouldn't they know the proper sales tax rate and that you CANNOT charge a doc fee of that amount? The AZ Attorney General for Consumer protection should investigate these crooks!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! More

They have got to be the most backwards dealership I have ever dealt with I wouldnt care if they were the only dealership in Phoenix I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from them again! So sad they turned a blind eye and after reading some of these complaints I see that they do not learn from there bad dealings... Bill Luke, advice... I would fire your entire staff! On Wednesday November 27th I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler and proceeded to Bill Luke's website as I had purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty from them 1 year prior, this was a certified vehicle at time of purchase. I found the one that was of interest Stock # DN51235A, 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with the following description "17" FUEL WHEELS WITH OFFROAD TIRES & CUSTOM LIFT, 4X4, HARD TOP, POWER DOORS & WINDOWS, BACK UP CAMERA, RUNNING BOARDS, TOW PKG, CERTIFIED!!!. Imagine yourself behind the wheel of this wonderful-looking and fun 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Jeep Certified Pre-Owned means you not only get the reassurance of a 3Mo/3,000Mile Maximum Care Limited Warranty, but also up to a 7-Year/100,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty, a 125-point inspection/reconditioning, 24/7 roadside assistance, rental car benefits, and a complete CARFAX vehicle history report. Can't talk now, I'm mashing the pedal and passing cars. It's willing to test your nerves, can you handle it? Well can you ? Prove it!". Kind of bad marketing but not suprised now! I submitted a online appraisal to see the price of current vehicle and after receiving I headed to Bill Luke in Phoenix, some 50 miles away. If anyone lives in Phoneix they know how bad traffic is at 3pm, even worse day before Thanksgiving, and the drive back, over 2 hours in traffis. Upon my arrival I meet a Salesman and will not mention as this was not about him. We tracked the vehicle down and he stated and I quote "We got his a couple days ago on trade, it hasn't even made it back to our Service department". I asked if I could test drive, he stated "no there is no inspection, and the front glass needs to be replaced as there are 2 rock shatter cracks, the tires need to be replaced as they were almost wore down on one side and not safe, but we could drive in parking lot". I test drove another one but decided to leave as I am furious after reading this description as being certified, making the drive down there to view a vehicle, clearly not certified nor looked at and looked like it had been off road, was filthy. I proceeded to email Bill Luke's staff a Sparkle Hernandez and after back and forth who said it was going to their manager based on the experience. Next day was Thanksgiving, but got a email on the 29th and again back and forth 18 email later, I basically told her that I yet to see anything from any one but her and if that is not a problem in the eyes of their management, then lesson learned. What is even more disturbing is I purchased my vehicle from them and when I took it to get the first oil change I was told it is leaking oil as the front seal was bad. Keep in mind, not even 3,000 mile on it. I took to Bill Luke service and they said nope all is good, took there word for it. If they are posting a certified vehicle that has a damaged front windshield, no inspection, and tires that are not safe to drive on, then how can that be a certified preowned, was my vehicle even looked at, what is the standard? This is what is on their website "Each vehicle on our lot has undergone a meticulous inspection by our auto technicians to ensure the Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge standard for superior pre-owned vehicles. We are your destination for a used Dodge, Ram, Jeep or Chrysler, and we are proud to provide Phoenix with well-maintained used cars at low prices. We look forward to seeing you soon at our Phoenix Dodge, Ram, Jeep and Chrysler dealership." False advertising, no customer support, and if there is an issue they turn a blind eye... If you need a vehicle go somewhere else, if they post this vehicle as preowned CERTIFIED in that condition, I can only imagine what their definition of certified means, change the oil and wash... Please dont wast your time or energy, the complaints that are here shows a serious pattern of deceit. More

Our experience at Bill Luke from the moment we were greeted until we left with our new Durango was absolutely stellar! This has been by far our best car buying experience! You are treated with dignity and respect and don't spend countless hours waiting for the "best deal" or any typical dealership games. The receptionist, salesman and the finance people (and everyone else) treated us like the most important part of their day. I would recommend Bill Luke Dodge to anyone interested in no games and excellent service! This is what the car buying experience should be all about!!! More
I went to Bill Luke to puchase a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I had already gone to two different Jeep delaers and walked out on the salesman because of their attitude.
