Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Called the parts department to find a part for my car. I was in the west valley at the time. The person that answered the phone, checked on my part t Called the parts department to find a part for my car. I was in the west valley at the time. The person that answered the phone, checked on my part told me they had it and took down my name as I told them I was on my way to get pick it up. I drove an hour across town just to be told the part was not there and it is actually on back order! The lazy parts team lied and couldn't even take the time to check on a part for a customer that called in. You can bet I will never be back, and I will tell everyone I can about this in hopes they will not go to this dealership either. More
