Best new car buying experience to date If you shopped around as much as I did you would realize their online prices are the best. Drove 200 miles to Bill Luke Dodge look at a new Dodge Challenger I had found on line. Ricky was very friendly and ultimately I decided to purchase the car. This new car had three issues with it that needed to be fixed. I was assured it would be taken care of before I left the dealership. When it was time to leave I find out they did not fix either issue but did have time to install an item I paid extra for. So now it will require me to make a 400 mile round trip to have these items fixed when they said it would be done before I left the dealer. So when I get home late that evening I find an email from the dealership telling me that if I purchase on fri/sat or sun I will receive an additional $500 rebate. No one at the dealership bothered to tell me about it and I did not know about it because I was already at their dealership. So I call them on Monday to inquire about the rebate issue and they tell me I needed to bring the document with me to qualify. I said I did not know about the offer because I was already at their dealership. I should have been told about it and since I was not told they should reimburse me the $500. Initially they would not do it but ultimately they did pay me back the $500 for which I am happy. This should not have happened though and I hope the dealership will change their policies. As for not taking care of the items promised, I am not happy about that but they have asked me to go to my local dealership and have the items taken care of. Bill Luke Dodge has an excellent inventory and Ricky was top notch. Someone dropped the ball on fixing the three issues but I love the car. More
My husband and I went in last week to look at large SUVs. We liked one, however there was no negotiation. The price online was the price given. That was it! We ended up changing our mind and went back for another SUV. We were there a total of 5 hours, which is ridiculous in itself. A tire was low, so the dealer agreed to 'fix' the problem. After 5 hours, we drove off the lot with full tires. In 10 minutes, the problem tire was already low with the warning light coming on. Rather than suggesting another car or having their shop look at it on Monday, the sales staff had us take it that day. When we called to let them know, there was nothing they could do until Monday. I am very angry, because I think that they put my family and I at risk allowing us to leave with a tire in poor condition and without having their mechanics look at it. I had to wait an hour for aaa to put the spare on and now I have to spend more time going back to the dealership during my work day to fix what should have been fixed in the first place. Some measly $30 gas card isn't enough to compensate my time. I expect someone to be contacting me about this issue ASAP! More
My wife called to check on price and availability of a 2011 Honda Civic EX that was advertised on the internet. A few minutes later Ricky Leposky (internet manager) called back and said he had 250 reasons that we should come up and look at the car. My wife told him at that time that we had financing secured through or credit union at 3.99%. He wasn't honest enough to tell my wife while on the phone with her that they would raise the price of the vehicle $1000.00 if we didn't use their financing. Their best rate was 7.99% which would have put thousands of dollars in the pocket of the dealership. We certainly would not have driven an hour to be treated so poorly. Later that day we bought a better equipped, better condition and lower milage 2010 Honda Civic EXL for less money from Volvo of Tempe. Bill Luke could certainly take a lesson from these folks. They are honest and know how to treat people. Buyer beware, DO NOT purchase a car from Bill Luke Dodge!!! More
Called on a Sunday and talked to Billy T about a new 2014 Chrysler 300 base. Arrived at 10am and hooked up with Billy and looked at the cars we were interested in. All our questions were answered, liked the price, bought the car, took the tour of the service area, etc., had lunch at the Luke Diner and left at 1:30 with a clean new car. Great dealership with great service. Very clean and efficient. More

Very good customer service with the Sales person Buck and Steve the Finance director. This dealership made us feel comfortable and was willing to work with us on the monthly spend.
