Poor Repair, Fair Cust. Service I had autobody work done a month ago and recently found that there was overspray in several spots on my car and compound in my headlight. However, while one individual (Kenny) provided poor customer service, others stepped up. When I was escorted to my car by Sergio, he was respectful. When I pointed out areas that still had overspray at pick up, he immediately responded and said he would take it off then and there. Though, they could not get it off the plastic. Sergio and management were kind enough to replace the piece. Instead of making me drive back a third time, they called the next day with my piece and offered to pick up my vehicle, replace the piece, and bring it back. I very much appreciated that. I still don't think their autobody work is up to par, but management responds promptly to your concerns. More

WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I bought a truck in Jan 2015 from Wendy in the Fleet department for my business. It was worst experience I have had at any dealership in my life. Her I bought a truck in Jan 2015 from Wendy in the Fleet department for my business. It was worst experience I have had at any dealership in my life. Her product knowledge is the worst. Ask her any question and she has to go ask someone for the answer. I came to pickup the truck and it wasn't even ready. It was missing mud flaps. I asked her where they were and was told I could take it over to service and have them installed. Poor Poor customer service! The dealership as a whole is unprofessional. I was told I was signed up for businesslink, ask someone there what Businesslink is and they really can't tell you. It is supposed to give businesses priority in service but, when my transmission would not go into drive intermittantly. They took over 3 business days to look at it the and another 4 to get the parts. The truck was down for a week two weeks after I got it. Great Place to Get A New Car I went into this dealership after having found a 2014 Ford Mustang online at their location. I contacted them via email and asked a few questions abou I went into this dealership after having found a 2014 Ford Mustang online at their location. I contacted them via email and asked a few questions about it. Ebony Browne who got back to me was very helpful and we set up a time that would work for me to come check the car out in person. I got there a little early and had to wait for my appointment time. All the while i was in the showroom, i never had anybody hassle me at any point or bug me to go with them to see any cars. You know, no typical B.S. you'd expect when going to a car dealer. Everyone was very nice and professional. When my appointment time arrived, Ebony introduced herself and also the salesman who would be helping me, Mack Johnson. I have nothing but good things to say about Mack. Very nice, very helpful. The entire experience was a great one. Test drive the car, small talk while working out the details, etc. Yeah, it's a slow process whenever you buy a car with all the paperwork and credit checks, but at no point did i feel i was getting into anything i didn't want or couldn't do. They did a great job listening to what i wanted and working to get me a good financing term and payment. They even took my piece of junk car as a trade in and i left with my new Mustang without a down payment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! More

There are way too many dealers in Phoenix to do business with these incompetents. I have purchased 4 cars in the last year from Airpark Chrysler and will not make the mistake of trying Bill Luke again. Save yourself the brain damage and go somewhere else!! More

They didn't even bother to try and sell me the vehicle after I questioned their tactics and just blew me off. Anyhow I found a vehicle I liked and asked about it, told the salesguy I want to know a OTD price before I fill out app (didn't want unnecessary inquiry on my credit, which is good by the way) so he gives me a OTD number that I could deal with and went ahead and filled out app. So about an hour it seemed like after filling out Richard gets back to me with a few payment optioins, I notice right away somethings wrong. Worked the numbers and they come out to be about 3k more than what I was told. I asked Richard why was this, and he tells me "what are you complaining about" you have to pay interest to. (lol huh) I said im not complaining about anything and would like to know why the price is 3k higher now after I filled the app out and obviously was just lied to and got a unwanted credit inquiry. Another thing the rate he came back with was almost 2 percent higher than my current rate and he tells me "the lenders know you have negative equity on the trade in", yes I do have a trade in with negative equity but the bank could care less about that and goes by the MSRP of the vehicle which I was still within after the equity. So after all this I get the points off my credit score for the inquiry and Bill Luke just laughs it off and moves on to the next person. I will be filling out every online review site I can find and tell everyone I know about the experience I had at Bill Luke Chrysler and with Richard Cetwinski. Am I complaining now Richard? More
