Good buying experience and great service experience I purchased my 2014 Dodge Challenger from Bill Luke 9 months ago and the experience was very good. Not "awesome" but good. No pressure from sales, salesperson was extremely accommodating when I wanted to tour the lot and look at other vehicles before my purchase. The price I got was pretty darn good to (and I did a LOT of research on price on this car). While signing the paperwork with a manager I got the usual pressure to purchase aftermarket stuff like extended warranty and security devices but he wasn't obnoxious and was just doing his job. I actually did end up getting an extended warranty. Overall, a far better experience than I anticipated as there was no baiting and switching, no misrepresentations and no high pressure...all things you've come to expect from buying a new car. Again, was it an awesome experience? No. But it was pretty good. I'd say a B+. Service gets an A. I had a couple of minor issues (tire related) and the service manager, Earl, invited me to come in without an appointment. I showed up, found him and he took his time with me examining the issue, calling his accessories manager over (who was also very nice) and answering all my questions. Even though they were busy he never rushed me or tried to get rid of me once he felt he'd answered my questions. Definitely a better experience than I've had at some other dealerships. All in all, my interactions with Bill Luke Chrysler/Dodge have been pleasant and more than satisfactory. More
Labor is outrageous!! Parts were $115 and labor was $350 for a 'leak'. Worst Dealership Ever Worst experience ever!!!!!. Beware! do not do business with Bill Luke Doge. I brought my car to them to get serviced and while in their possession the Worst experience ever!!!!!. Beware! do not do business with Bill Luke Doge. I brought my car to them to get serviced and while in their possession they wrecked my car on the test drive. The accident was not their fault however they did not help at all to get my car fixed. In fact they made me pay for the loaner car that I get when servicing my vehicle, pay for the alignment and other work performed even though my car no longer runs and they made me pay for the tow of the vehicle from the accident site to the dealership when they are the ones who ordered it to be towed. The GM Kim Carter and owner Don Luke do nothing but lie to you. They both told me that they lose $1000 on every vehicle the sell and they do not make money selling vehicles. Don Luke actually hung up on me during a conversation. Stay away from this dealership. Worst Customer Service I have Ever Experienced. More
Joe Betancourt (might be spelled wrong). I put starting offer in for a white 2014 Chrysler Town & Country this afternoon and spoke with the person in the title box. I did my math ($20673+8.05 I put starting offer in for a white 2014 Chrysler Town & Country this afternoon and spoke with the person in the title box. I did my math ($20673+8.05% tax)+2% license & registration fee) which totals to about $22730 (not including the $199 vehicle theft registration and $399 dealer docs and admin fees (which I assume was standard fees from previous vehicle bought somewhere else in Phoenix) and made a what I think was a reasonable offer with a wiggle room of $600 ($199 + $399) at $22,500. Joe calls me back and tells me we're $600 apart, and continued to explain bottom price, etc, etc and they want to sell the vehicle and they did not want to go under on a vehicle. So, just as I mentioned to him that I read the carfax on the vehicle and told him the vehicle was bought at an auction (thinking maybe we could split the difference between $600) he quickly said "This conversation is over! That is the price and that's what we're going to sell it for!" (with a take it or leave it attitude) and hangs up the phone. Now I understand that they are competitively priced than the other ones posted on autotrader and the dealership has to make money to pay for the giant overhead. But geez! This guy's attitude over the phone was insane! All that over a "this car was bought at an auction" comment which was available free to the public on autotrader's carfax link. I am calling again tomorrow, yes they have good prices, you just gotta get over the bad apples. More

The first contact a new car buyer has is the sales person and everything will get either better or worse from that point. I must say that Lionel Herbert, my sales person, from the first handshake to the final hand shake when driving the new car off the lot was quite an enjoyable experience. From that , I have purchased three other new cars from Lionel over the past two years. I have recommended Bill Luke and Lionel to other people that have thanked me many times for a great buying experience. More
Too busy - sorry Came to Bill Lule to look at used cars since they have a great selection. At first the experience was pleasant enough but after being passed to a new Came to Bill Lule to look at used cars since they have a great selection. At first the experience was pleasant enough but after being passed to a new guy since our original sales person, Lionel, was too busy with other clients we informed that they did not have time to help us with our questions. Lionel handed us a card and rudely sent us on our way. Apparently unless you know exactly what you want, have no questions, or purchasing a new car, steer clear of this place!! More
Horrible and don't waste your time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! First got there and sales people are just talking they look at us and continued there conversation. So we continued walking DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! First got there and sales people are just talking they look at us and continued there conversation. So we continued walking looking for a specific truck when finally this older guy came up and asked us if we been helped. So looked at the vehicle, test drove the truck, then wanting to talk numbers. Mind you the person I took knew the in's and out's to buying a car. They offered me 9,000 for my car when I just left Larry H. Miller and they were offering off the bat for 11,500. So they came back and wanted a total OTD (out the door price) of 38,000. But thr price of the truck was 28,500. They didnt budge and didnt care for what we had to say and pretty much said take it or leave it so we asked to speak to the manager. Very rude manager and continued to insist that it was a "great" price blah blah blah when we know they bought it for much less and had room to negotiate. What you see is what u get, dont bother going there to negotiate they will NOT. Worst dealer I have been to ever. More

We dealt with Terry Lowe and by the end we were thankful to have him. What a great guy, very respectful and truly does car in getting you the right car. After a good time with Terry, we were introduced to Thayer in Finance and it only got better through their process. Thayer was awesome! He kept us laughing and explained everything for us to make things easier on our end. Not only did Terry take us to where we can get our car serviced if we have any issues, they walked my Fiance who the car was for all the way through how everything works (synced her phone, blue tooth etc..) If you're looking for a place to feel comfortable and not feel like you're being pressured into something, Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is highly recommended.- Chad & Shannon. More
Do not waste your time.. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst dealership you can go to in Phoenix. Customer service is horrible! We had David Mentier as our sale If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst dealership you can go to in Phoenix. Customer service is horrible! We had David Mentier as our sales rep and he was impatient, rude and not friendly at all. All he cared about was getting us inside to make a deal! More
