An honest guy wanting to provide the best experience possible and willing to do whatever he could to make a fair deal. Very pleasant experience. Richard fielded my inbound call from Auto trader and was pleasant to deal with and promptly returned calls. Thayer - our finance guy processed our sale quickly and didn't "hard sell" warranties and all the other upsells they typically do. My only (literally only) thing I wasn't thrilled about is the financing rates are high (at least to me). I was at 3.09% with great credit and the best they could do was 5.99%. I balked at it and then lowered it to 4.99% Makes me wonder how much lower they actually could have gone. Good news is, I was told I could re-finance the truck if I wanted which I will likely do. Great experience, great staff, and can't say enough great things about Bruno. I give Bruno and the team 5 stars. I give the financing side 4. More

Great Service Department - Moe Fuller is the best! Purchased a Jeep from another dealership in July. Less than 3 mos later, airbag light came on, that other dealership wouldn't stand behind their sale Purchased a Jeep from another dealership in July. Less than 3 mos later, airbag light came on, that other dealership wouldn't stand behind their sale or their 3k/3mos warranty. Took my Jeep to Bill Luke and just by chance ended up with Moe Fuller as our service advisor. Explained to him what was going on and left the Jeep. He called the next day after the full diagnostic and informed us that there were several recalls on the vehicle that hadn't been done and that the entire front end needed to be redone. Luckily I had purchased an extended warranty and was able to have Bill Luke do the work that was needed. Moe bent over backwards to accommodate us and make sure that we understood everything that needed to be done and the cost involved. He kept in touch, he called back when he said he would, he followed up when he said he would and really did everything possible to make the whole experience not stressful. When I got my Jeep back, it was SO much better than when I had dropped it off. They did an awesome job. As for Moe, I can't say enough about him. The service department is lucky to have him. Moe did everything he said he was going to do and really took good care of us. Bill Luke has always been a good reputable dealership but, without employees like Moe Fuller, I don't think it would be as apparent. He was a great service advisor, there should be more like him. We came in not sure what to expect and he took what could have been a very stressful experience for us because of the amount of work and money involved and made it ok. It's because of him that we'll be back. He truly went above and beyond both before and after the work was done. Rarely does a business have empathy for its customers or truly stay customer focused, especially a dealership. But, occasionally you'll find one that does because they've employed people with empathy. Moe is one of those employees. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure that his clients are satisfied and have had a good experience. Its people like him that bring the customers back again and again. He's customer focused! Bill Luke Chrysler is lucky to have an advisor like him. More

Excellent car buying experience I typically do my own research before I set foot on a lot to look at cars. I found the Jeep I wanted to drive, contacted the internet sales office, a I typically do my own research before I set foot on a lot to look at cars. I found the Jeep I wanted to drive, contacted the internet sales office, and the next day, set off to drive it. The email response was very timely, I sent the request from edmunds.com to several dealerships, but Bill Luke responded within hours. I am still getting responses from some other ones. Upon arrival, the internet guy was not available, so Lionel Hebert said he would take care of me. I told him I wanted to drive the vehicle I saw on the website, and something amazing happened... he got the keys. No big discussion, no hassle, no trying to divert me... just grabbed the key and took me to the car! I told him I wanted to drive, and of course, no problem at all! No pressure, no trying to up-sell, just plesant conversation. He asked me if I had questions, I told him I had been doing research and was familiar, and he answered what few questions I had. He didn't try to distract me with bells and whistles, just listened to what I had to say. Once we were done driving, the time from my initial "lets look at the numbers" to making an offer was very low pressure. The offer / counter offer process was painless and plesant, they honored my veterans discount and I think I did not over pay. The process could always be quicker when buying a new car, but after many purchases over the past 25 years, I can say this was the best car buying experience I have had. No "meet my manager" pressure tactics, no "dealer add on" or "desert protection" sales gimmicks... just the Jeep I wanted at a price I was willing to pay! Thank you Lionel & the Bill Luke team! Lionel the Liar STAY AWAY FROM BILL LUKE. Whatever you do, DO NOT WORK WITH LIONEL, one of the salesman here. He is in every way the epitome of they stereotypical sle STAY AWAY FROM BILL LUKE. Whatever you do, DO NOT WORK WITH LIONEL, one of the salesman here. He is in every way the epitome of they stereotypical sleazy car salesman. While making our purchase, it was all sunshine and rainbows and he came across as an up front and straightforward guy, even telling us cute stories about his wife and kids, but that quickly faded and the lying snake he really is came through. Throughout our entire buying process he kept telling us that he was "tracking down" the second set of keys to our vehicle as well as our floor mats. As soon as we had signed he casually drops in that 'there isn't a second set of keys'. Strike one, especially because if he had just told us that up front it probably wouldn't have been that big of a deal, but lying for several hours and then suddenly remembering the truth is being purposely dishonest. Next, even after we've officially signed on the vehicle, he's still telling us that he has floor mats, but they're being cleaned. He kept this ruse up for several days, then eventually stopped answering my calls, and finally had someone else tell me there were no mats. There never had been. Big fat lie number 2, folks. Then, when it came time for my first oil change, we returned to Bill Luke despite it being quite a drive because good ol' Lionel told us that oil changes and tire rotations would be free as long as we owned the vehicle, as long as we took it to their specific location. Guess who got hit with a big fat fee for a standard oil change? Yep, he lied about that too. The worst part is that when we told the Manager that we'd been told it would be free and the manager called Lionel in, he stood there and lied to our faces and said he'd never said that. So there goes the extra care warranty we added on to our purchase. After the treatment we received I would never buy from Bill Luke again- I'd rather take the bus. I now believe the Managers (yes managers, because we talked to 3) are aware of these kind of tactics and are just as dishonest as Lionel. They all play the same games and even use the same lines. "Go lie to customers, say whatever you have to to make the sale, and we'll back you up". Shame on Bill Luke and especially you, Lionel. More
Best Service I've Ever Had At A Dealership I initially found my the vehicle I wanted on auto trader. When I arrived at the dealership I was approached by Lionel. He was very polite, without the typical aggressiveness of sales associates I've dealt with in the past. I took the Honda I was looking at for a drive and decided it was the vehicle for me. Lionel took us through the process efficiently, explaining everything thoroughly, while still being personable. After he got me set up with finance, he took my vehicle over to service to have a little extra freshness added to the interior and filled the gas tank. Wendy was a fantastic financing agent; she was very patient and got my payments down into the exact price range I was looking for. After all was said and done Lionel met me at the door and made sure I was satisfied and had everything I needed. I was very satisfied with the service I received at Bill Luke. More

He took the time to listen to what we wanted out of the new vehicle and made suggestions. Anytime we picked out a car, he would tell us all of the features that fit each of us individually. He went above and beyond!! GO SEE RANDY! Billy Geoffre, the delivery coordinator went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable driving off the lot. He showed us how to operate the more difficult settings and showed us the most useful settings. So glad we made our purchase with Bill Luke!! More
