Since I decided not to go with the first vehicle, Jerry found a suitable match for me on another vehicle....The entire process after the test drive went along without any pressure from him to get me into the second vehicle.....he was even patient with me as I received several phone calls during the purchase process that were not related to the purchase. We decided to purchase this vehicle, called Lionel and he walked us through the credit application that we completed online, he called a couple of times with follow up questions. We arrived at the dealership later that afternoon to sign the papers and finalize the transaction. Lionel was waiting for us with everything in order.
