I have been searching for a Ford Explorer I had the pleasure with working with Kenny the Greek ha ha AKA Kenny kousiakis. He was amazing to work with. I have been searching for a Ford Explorer for 6 months and I have worked with 15 dealers and he treated me like family unlike the rest of them. He even drove to my grandmas house to pick up the down payment to my car which meant a lot considering he didn't have to do that. Excellent Hassle Free Experience at a decent price! My 2000 Dodge Durango spun a bearing last week and I needed to replace it before work started after the Christmas break ended. I saw a few Dodge Charg My 2000 Dodge Durango spun a bearing last week and I needed to replace it before work started after the Christmas break ended. I saw a few Dodge Chargers that I liked online and took a drive down to Bill Luke to check them out. I personally despise sales people due to a certain level of dishonesty that tends to come with that occupation however Mr. Hebert (our salesperson) was up front and honest about everything. He greeted us minutes after arriving on the lot and was nothing but extremely helpful and patient with us. Mr. Hebert went out of his way to address any of the minor issues with the vehicle that we pointed out. He went out of his way to show me around the dealership so I knew where the service department was and put zero pressure on me during the deal. He was extremely polite, patient, and friendly. When I got to the financing part of the sale Steven Turai was just as helpful. He made sure to go over all the paper work with me again and answered all my questions before having me sign the final paperwork. Mr. Turai also managed to renegotiate my loan with another bank and came back with a MUCH better interest rate on my loan. He ran all the numbers I asked to and did not hassle me at all. He was very professional and friendly. In the end he saved me some money and managed to actually get the loan with my own bank (who for some reason ignored my application for a pre-qualified loan). The 2014 Dodge Charger I ended up driving off with ended up being under Kelly Blue Book value for what features it had and the condition it was in. There was a minor issue with the trunk closing a tad incorrectly however it is a minor adjustment and Mr. Hebert made sure the dealership would correct it at a later date and at no cost. Overall it was one of the best sales experience of my life and despite poor credit the staff worked with me and treated me incredibly well. The dealership, lot, and stock are INCREDIBLY clean and well kept. As long as warranties and whatnot are honored in the years to come I would for sure buy another car from this location.
