They misled me on pricing! AFTER I flew in from out of state with agreed pricing then they tacked on taxes and fees of several thousand when signing papers! I was ready to walk on their lack of integrity, but they kept my $1,500 deposit, with a smile! Hard to throw away 1500 for 3000 price difference. But it was the principle; could have gotten that price in home state. Had then been up front, would have saved me a trip! Saving grace was Darnell Griffin being fabulous, he made a horrible experience palatable. He went out of his way in customer service!! If the integrity of pricing was half what his is, they would do what is right! More

Great experience all thanks to Lionel Hebert and Bill Luke I have had experience with other Dodge ram dealerships before dealing with Bill luke and to be honest it was a terrible experience. Thank goodness I got connected with Lionel as he made sure that everything was right for me. I came by to look at the truck and no questions asked we went for a test drive and then went home. No pressure to come back he just noted that he would be busy so I would be his first costumer if I got there first thing and be able to get out quick. He was right and was excellent along every step of the way. Usually the most dreaded part of buying a car is finance but this was the first place I went where it was smooth. I clearly stated what I was willing to look at and what I wasn't and he was OK with that. I have in the past left the dealer feeling exhausted from all the work it takes to not get screwed over, but as of now 4 days later I can't find one thing to nit pick about the experience. The other thing that amazed me is the price on the website seemed too good so I figured there was some things I wouldn't qualify for that was not the case. They were upfront about the price and that you just had to use there financing to get the extra off. I cam from being a ford only guy but thanks to Ram and their Ecodiesel I switched and so far I don't have any regret. More

They were offering a very fair price for the vehicle but I wanted to take a look at another one from a private seller. They were very professional and stated the deal stands and to come back if the other one wasn't what I wanted. I did come back the next day and true to their words they gave me the vehicle for the quoted price from the day before. The whole process was very low pressure, professional, and quick. When I came back the next day I was thru financing and into my new truck in less than 90 minutes. For those of you that have purchased a few vehicles you know that is pretty fast. I would recommend the dealership and specifically recommend Jerry if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
