I came to this dealership for a specific car on their lot and I was taken straight to it in a golf cart. The salesman Jerry Adair was super fun and helpful. He made me feel like I was the only person there, giving me undoubtedly the best one on one treatment that I have ever received at any dealership before. The process was smooth and seamless. The price that was advertised was the price of the vehicle, no gimmicks, no "special offers" that few can qualify for, just plain - easy - honest pricing. Next my finance specialist Tyler was fantastic!!! He listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want. He never made me feel pressured to purchase anything extra, which was a new and refreshing experience that I have never had with a finance clerk. Thank you Tyler :-) My car wasn't ready that day so the following day Jerry texted me several times throughout the process to inform me of the progress. When I arrived at the dealership Jerry had my car BEAUTIFUL & Ready to go. Jerry and Billy Geffre the delivery coordinator were there waiting for me. Billy was so calm and patient while he informed me of every option and exactly how to use it. They made me feel like a rockstar! Thank you again to Jerry, Tyler, and Billy!!!! More
Chrysler 200 at Bill Luke Phoenix Spoke with Lionel Hebert. The man was awesome. I had gone to a different used car dealer a few days before and got the full 'used car experience'. Tha Spoke with Lionel Hebert. The man was awesome. I had gone to a different used car dealer a few days before and got the full 'used car experience'. Thank God I said no and went to Bill Luke instead. Lionel wasn't pushy, and didn't act like a stereotypical car salesman. He was incredibly helpful, knew everything about the car I was looking at, and let me arrive at my own decision about buying the car. filing paperwork and trading in my ancient car was incredibly easy, even though my title was in a different state. Everyone from sales to financing were great. 5 out of 5, would recommend! More
The worst experience ever......Do not shop here. My wife and I have been through absolute xxxx with a 2012 Dodge Durango Citadel (Their top model). At 3,000 mi. we noticed a huge gap between the headliner and rubber door molding over the rear passenger seat entry, the headliner was defective and installed improperly at the manufacturer. Bill Luke had the vehicle for six days attempting to fix it. At 5,000 mi. the front left strut exploded, leaving oil and permanent stains on our garage flooring. The A/C has never worked properly, it blows 77 degree air (Thats the coolest it's ever blown). At 10,000 miles the seat lumbar support started collapsing, the separate driver seat memory function failed, the vehicle would accelerate while stopped at a traffic device, the rear dome lights failed, and the auto lift gate would go up just half way. At 25,000 mi. the steering wheel began to shake violently when applying brakes, and the HomeLink garage door opener stopped working, and the A/C would make a hissing and chirping noise while in operation. At 33,000 mi. (just three weeks ago) the engine failed to start, it cranks but will not start; it has left us stranded three times now. The car has been flat-bedded to Bill Luke twice and it has been in the shop for 15 days! They cannot fix the issue. While the vehicle was in, they replaced the 4th factory recall (fuel relay) changed spark plugs (Copper only requiring replacement every 30,000 mi. at a $300 expense to the owner) and they said my Evaporative Cooler for the A/C has failed requiring replacement at a cost of $3,500; they also informed me that my front brake rotors were very warped and needed replacement (accusing myself or my wife of 'hard braking') I fought them on that issue and they replaced the rotors for good will (cause they're such a bunch of angels). And, No. We never rode or slammed on the brakes; it's just sub-standard Mopar metals. It was an 11 day job that required the entire dash board being removed. (btw, the Evaporative Cooler is a known defective part in these vehicles). We had the car home for a whole day before it left my wife stranded for a third time. They flat bedded the vehicle in from where my wife was stranded... a half-hour away, in a doctor's parking lot. I exited my garage on foot to go to the front of my house (where my car was parked, to pick up my wife and son); I slipped and fell on a three foot by five foot puddle of oil from the Durango's engine. My elbow is swollen and stiff. Yesterday, upon its arrival, the Service Manager, Earl tells me "ya' looks like you're leaking oil from the filter (They just performed an oil change three days prior) and we can't figure out why your car is leaving you stranded, its starting for us now." Day 15 and we're back in a small sub-standard Dodge rent-a-car............To add insult to injury.........Yesterday while dealing with the frustration of this Durango not starting and leaving us stranded for a third time; I demanded replacement of this failure of a vehicle with a similar vehicle that actual runs on the road more often than on the lift in a bay at Bill Luke. So,,,,,,,,wouldn't you know it. Earl (the Service Manager) calls me to advise me a great deal he worked out with his GSM. "Well Sir, you owe 26k on the car, we'll give you $24k towards a new Durango Citadel at $47k......AND YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE JUST $900.00 per month for 84 MONTHS!!!!!!! (my current payment for this piece of garbage is $580 and it's more than we can afford as it stands. Hey, sounds like they really care about the customers at Bill Luke. Before buying a vehicle at Bill Luke, consider my experience and realize that the owner of Bill Luke has a net worth of over a quarter billion. They sell garbage cars and make a mint off of their over priced sales and service......Good Luck if you shop for a Dodge/ Chrysler here........you're going to need it! More

We asked him to take all of our information, including proof of income, and let us know exactly what would be required for us to get approved for a vehicle to get us out from underneath what we are in. After running our credit Joey let us know we would need $1000 to get into a new car because of the rebates, and $5000 for a used car with no rebates. We said thank you and said we will see you in a couple of weeks. Yesterday I call to talk with Joey and he was not in. I spoke to Liz on the phone and told her I would be there within an hour. Upon arriving at the dealership I was met at the door and asked for Liz, was directed to an office where the man proceeded to take over the sale. I stated everything just as stated above. Pedro showed me Jeep Cherokee, Jeep Patriot, and chrysoler 200. I said lets do the Cherokee and asked if a 4x4 will work. Needless to say by the of meeting with Pedro I have now agreed to $2000, $1000 now and another $1000in 21 days. (Not what I was told I would need 2 weeks ago). When I left I was told to guarantee me approval I need $5000 to $6000 (almost the amount I am upside down). My frustration is that two weeks ago I was given a different story. Guess I should have gone back to Earnhardt! More
