He worked with me on test driving a few vehicles and gave me excellent information to help out with my decision. Overall, it was a excellent experience. This is the third vehicle that my wife and I have purchased through him, and it won't be the last. More

No pressure just the facts and a few stories and laughs to ease the tension. Lionel treated me right and made me feel welcomed. I knew what I wanted when I walked in and Lionel brought the car over to me for a test drive within 10 minutes. No awkwardness during the discussion of financing, prices, payments, down payment, etc. He still wouldn't throw in a seat belt extender but I did get a good price and a lower rate, thanks to the finance manager, Ricardo. Lionel threw in a tank of gas as a "bonus". The detailing of the car was done while I was signing the multitude of paperwork associated with car buying. Jim the delivery rep explained all the things I didn't realize the car could do before I was allowed to drive off the lot. Overall, great people and no shuffling from person to person. One sales guy, one finance guy and a nice delivery rep to cap off the night. Much better car buying experience these days as opposed to the old days when you would be cornered by three or four high pressure sales people, managers, etc. I walked out with a beautiful Chrysler 300, Deep Cherry Red. An old lady car but I am a grandma so it fits. More

His mannerism, knowledge and professionalism, brought us back one year later to our purchase of our new Jeep Wranger. We couldn't be happier and Jerry went above and beyond any expectation we may have had! We had our hearts set on a particular color, that is no longer in inventory. As we were giving up hope, Jerry relentlessly continued his search and here we now have our dream Jeep!! I highly, without question recommend this dealership and of course the best salesman ever...Jerry A!!! More

The Team - GM Kim Carter, GSM Chris Knaub and Sales Assoc Lionel Hebert went above and beyond to make things right for us and we left the dealership in a brand new car. What an amazing deal and value we received. Lionel was a pleasure! And a special thank you to Service Mgr Earl Gould and tech Toby Way for all of their efforts in trying to help repair our previous car. Your efforts were appreciated! More

These guys made me feel comfortable and made it so I didn't feel like they were pushing me into a truck I was the most important person while they were working with me. Lionel Herbert and David verrone were the best!! I will never buy a truck from anyone else ever again!! More

Good Salesman, So-So Dealership This is a clean, FAMILY-owned dealership, albeit one which uses some, let's say, questionable tactics. Although they sell 800 cars a month (one of the largest in the US; THE largest in AZ) there is surprisingly little 'pressure.' The salesman I worked with, RANDY THOMPSON is easily one of the nicest and most professional people I have ever met, in ANY field! He literally took the fear out of buying in a high-stress situation (which car purchasing is for me). I believe him to be both honest AND 'above board.' I may not be as shrewd as an Arab trader (more on that to come) but I do have a pretty good sense regarding people. Randy is the "real deal" IMHO. No wonder he's been at Bill Luke for 10 years. He is also funny and clearly a caring person (and, again, I do not mean fake caring or caring for the sake of the deal). I think he is a CLASS ACT and it will serve Bill Luke well to continue with him. Honestly, he should probably be a sales manager! As for MY experience otherwise: They will work with you to get you a vehicle, BUT one word of warning: beware the Finance Department. Here's why I say this. Bill Luke prides itself on not hiding fees and offering HUGE ('YUGE' if you're Donald Trump) discounts, like, say $8,000 off a $42,000 vehicle! BUT, there are TWO people you work with; first the salesman THEN the finance or business manager. (I think this tactic goes back to when people traded horses). I was told my 2015 Chrysler 300c (17,800 miles) would cost $28,755 OTD (out-the-door). And even this took some dickering because WHILE I was sitting in the salesman's office the price of the vehicle I was considering (and would purchase) went up $1,000....WHILE I was in there in a space of 10 minutes POOF, up 'magically' from 25K to 26K on the Internet, literally! Of course, after I pointed this out they reduced the vehicle BACK down from $26,000 to $25,000 (well, actually $25,199; as it was advertised as $25,000 when I came in). PLUS, I assumed that OTD meant everything included in the price, save MY option to extend the warranty and purchase GAP insurance (which by the by is $100 MORE here than at Coulter Cadillac down the street: $895 v $795). It does NOT. I DID extend my bumper-to-bumper warranty to 100,000 miles/7 years for $2,845 (yes, OUCH, but probably worth it) AND I bought the GAP insurance (which is a MUST, non-negotiable item, TRUST me on this) for $895. HOWEVER, even all of that added up equals $32,495, NOT the REAL OTD price tag of $33,208. In full disclosure, I did purchase window tinting (this is AZ) and a security shut-off key ($399 each). The security key is in case your vehicle is stolen it cannot be started. Wouldn't you think this would be a standard option on such a premium (C trim) vehicle (it was on my 2015 Buick Regal; which was a step down); or at least included in "Out the Door" pricing? Anyway, for a dealership which makes much of its refusal to "bake" fees and hidden "add-ons" (their word not mine) into the deal I went from $25,199 to $33,208! SO, taxes, title registration, doc fee ($399, almost 100% profit to them), security key, Perma Plate, extended warranty, GAP insurance and window tinting = $8,009 ABOVE the listed price. You be the judge. MY guess: the real money is made in the Finance Department (which may explain why my salesman was so keen to get me back there). Also, please keep in mind that the vehicle has a few minor problems to fix as well. There is a noticeable ding on the driver-side rear bumper, the rear sunshade does not work properly (it catches when lifting and the button in the rear compartment to operate it does not work) and the steering wheel currently makes a groaning sound when turning. These are all points covered in the 'certification.' Note: they only have a 125-point certification process at Bill Luke, whereas, at Coulter Cadillac they use a 172-point process. Oh, and with my certified pre-owned vehicle I received only ONE key and NO floor mats (which, at Bill Luke anyway, are NOT guaranteed at the time of purchase...yes, floor mats)! I like my car but I honestly feel less-than-exuberant about working with Bill Luke. SO, when I give Bill Luke three stars, one of them must be for Randy alone. As for recommendations.....in good conscience I cannot. From $25,199 (or $26K if I had not been paying attention) to $33,208 is just TOO much in 'add-ons.' Eventually I'll have the Service Department to work with. I hope it is a better experience. Either way, I'll review it, as I did this, in honesty. More
