Stellar Service throughout the entire process I spent serveral hours online searching for that right vehicle for myself. I went back and forth between a handful of local car dealerships and was al I spent serveral hours online searching for that right vehicle for myself. I went back and forth between a handful of local car dealerships and was also torn between 3 vehicles in which I was interested in. After several weeks I finally narrowd my vehicle choice down to one. I inquired with about 2 other car dealerships before deciding to go with with Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge & Ram. I searched over the course of a few weeks and many hours and decided to with my chosen make and model. Through a referal website I was pointed to Bill Luke. They had the vehicle that matched all I desired in my next vehicle. I expressed interest through the Bill Luke website and received a very prompt email from dealership's internet department. I submitted an application for financing at the Bill Luke website and within minutes I received an email offering me an affordable payment at ZERO dollars down. You heard right, ZERO dollars down. I received a telephone call from the internet department where I scheduled a time to come in. OF COURSE I went in the same day. The dealership was easy to find as it was right off the I-17 freeway at Camelback in Phoenix. The interenet department contact personally came out to meet me where I was then introduced to Lucio Gomez. Lucio was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He took me out on a test drive and right away I knew I was in the right vehicle that was most definitely meant for me. Lucio was very professional as we went through the financing process. It was a very busy day at the dealership that day but Lucio's attentativeness was much appreciated. This was about the time when I was expecting the old bait and switch routine where they got me in on a zero dollar down hook and I was just waiting for the other shoe to drop in which I like to call the stinky side of reality. I met with Dave, Finance Manager who was equally as professional. Still waiting for the shoe to drop. I signed a number of documents. Dave had gotten back some approvals from some of their lenders but was not happy with the interest rate I was being offered. Dave assured me he could get me a better rate so he and I both agreed to check back in on Monday (went in on Saturday). I spent Sunday very satisfied with the experience and just had a gut feeling the dealership was going to come through with a suitable offer. So finally on Monday I received the terms from Dave and went back to the dealership after work and signed the remaining paperwork and was dancing on the ceiling with the interest rate I was offered. It was unbelievable. Stellar interest rate and the dealership maintained the zero dollar down offer. I was absolutely elated on cloud 9. Salesperson Aiden showed me all of the fine appointments my new vehicle had to offer. He really took the time to give me pointers on ensuring longevity with the vehicle. Thank you Aiden. Thank you Lucio and thank you Dave. I have already referred a co-worker to the dealership and I highly recommend anyone who is in the market for new or used vehicle to give Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge & Ram the opportunity to earn your business. This dealership would get a Fail I give this dealership a fail. First, I was given misleading information by the online sales people over the phone. I guess I didn't read the fin I give this dealership a fail. First, I was given misleading information by the online sales people over the phone. I guess I didn't read the fine print, everything can be changed when you walk in the door. Probably if I was told truth, I wouldn't have driven the 6 hours round trip. That would have saved me time and money. Second, I checked in and stood around for 20+ minutes. That's unacceptable and unprofessional. Third, changing out sales associates. As a customer it is very frustrating to explain all of your information again. This is also a sales tactic that aims ad null and voiding any prior agreements! Fourth, because my trade in as a salvaged title I was made feel like some how I was trying to cheat them? We are a legacy Jeep family and have been using Jeeps since WWII. I have never been so put off by a dealership before. You should avoid doing business with this dealership. I may not be a millionaire who buys the most expensive thing on the lot. But that doesn't mean I'm any less of a customer. More
