Always a Great Experience! I have had a great experience every time I have purchased a car at Bill Luke! It was great working with Lionel when purchasing my new Renegade, he is I have had a great experience every time I have purchased a car at Bill Luke! It was great working with Lionel when purchasing my new Renegade, he is very experienced, doesn't pressure you, and gives a fair deal. We make sure to see him every time we get a new vehicle at Bill Luke. Also, Brian did a great job at showing me all of the features of my Renegade, he installed the license plate for me and even hooked my phone up to the bluetooth! More

Unhappy customer Ok" first off, from the moment I walked into the store I felt like just another average joe. Greeted by a salesmen and shown around the lot. Problem number 1" after purchasing the vehicle they only had one key to the car, considering there is two people in my home that would need access to driving it(wouldn't get another key made for me). Problem number 2" the vehicle had a major alignment issue that I didn't notice when I test drove it because you had to drive it at higher speeds then when I did test drive it, so 145.00 dollars later fixing that issue and sinking almost 500.00 bucks on tires I'm now into this automobile almost 700.00 bucks and it dosent dven have the plates on it yet. I drove 64 miles to this lot to buy a car from them so it's not like I can just show up to get the issue taken car of. The cost of a new key is going to cost me around 300.00 bucks and now I'll be into this car for a grand still with temp tags on it. Cheep dealership can't even through in a free window tint when every dealership I've bought a car from in the past has always given me a window tint, so the cost of that will run me about 200.00 bucks. Small price to pay but when you have a customer buying a car over 35k it's good gesture on their part to keep customers continuing to buy from them. I'm in the hunt for another car for my wife and buying from bill Luke isn't going to be my first option. I'm sure there is other dealerships in the valley that will treat me with better customer service then this fly by night dealership. Sorry bill Luke but my wife's next car won't be from you and neither will be me. More

The woman on the phone said she could help me when I asked for a manager. I asked "Are you able to negotiate things like price?" She responded "Our internet prices are our best price, there are no negotiations". Okay! I'll take my business else where! More

Had to walk away from the truck because they changed the deal near the end. A deal is a deal, I was more than willing to uphold my end of it, unfortunately they tried to change it at the last minute. Service Department Warning - Arrogant and Dishonest! Zero Accountability – I have been taking my vehicle to this Service Department since 2011. In 2015 I brought my vehicle in for continued Air Conditi Zero Accountability – I have been taking my vehicle to this Service Department since 2011. In 2015 I brought my vehicle in for continued Air Conditioning Issues and again July 2016. I have a lifetime Warranty of the Jeep so major parts and labor is covered with a small $100 deductible. The unqualified service advisor the same one as in 2015 tried to sweep the AC problems away and in fact knowingly covered up and withheld pertain information about the AC issues. This time the compressor was replaced by the AC still has Zero velocity and in fact, the front seat passengers are very uncomfortable and the back seat passengers well they have no air. Did I mention the Jeep only has 44,500 miles. Having an 8 months old who cannot ride in your vehicle because of the heat conditions is so dangerous and certainly unacceptable. We have a case open with the Chrysler Corporation holding the lifetime warranty documenting the issues associated with the Service Department for this Dealership. We are really hopeful upper management will read this review and take the necessary investigation and action to help resolve this issue for us. More

It was my second time working with Tank Wallace and Thayer Park (i Bought our third vehicle from Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge & Ram on Camelback Rd. It was my second time working with Tank Wallace and Thayer Park (in finance); and my first time working with Robert Diaz as our delivery coordinator. They all 'get it'...seamless process...quick, specific and they listen to the customer. We found the vehicle on their website and Tank had the paperwork ready for us when we got there. I worked with Fhawn Grooms as my Service Advisor and she was spectacular. Above any expectation I had for a service department, she was friendly, prompt and courteous. The sales specialist immediately saw we needed help and didn't hesitate to be there to show us vehicles. We went in wanting a used car, but left with a better price and perfect car for us! Bruno just knew which vehicle we would prefer! He was honest, friendly, and easy to communicate with. After the car went through detailing, we spoke with Robert. He was very friendly and was very familiar with the new cars. I thought I was going to leave not knowing the new technology the 2016 Dodge Dart offers. He really helped the transition process from a 2004 car to a new. Even when I had alarm issues right after driving home off the lot, Robert was there to help! THANK YOU! More
