Great experience until the end Dwight was very good in his knowledge of the jeep renegade. However when it came to financing that became a problem. We complained about the higher rate but he said that no problem you just go ahead and try to get a refinance somewhere else after four months. Then we went back to the finance guy he said you couldn't do that with the buyback vehicles. so the sales guys say one thing and the finance guy tells another thing. They'll need to get on the same page. More
