First time New car buyer Car buying is extremely stressful! I had been to this dealership about 5 times and it was soooo hard to get help! I couldn’t get anyone to assist with Car buying is extremely stressful! I had been to this dealership about 5 times and it was soooo hard to get help! I couldn’t get anyone to assist with looking at vehicles or even answering questions. I always got the response “let me get someone to help you”. No one would come and the people there always pushed it off on someone else. Extremely frustrating! They have beautiful jeeps so I decided to make my purchase there. As soon as I got out of my car I was greeted by Kris and she was very very helpful! It was like a fresh new start and I was happy. I went there already being financed through my bank and had a good amount for down payment. She talked me into financing through them to get an extra $1000 off. I was so hesitant since I was already financed but $1000 would be great to save. Little did I know, that $1000 is not guaranteed. Only if u can get financed through their preferred vendor. I was so mislead and they were just talking in circles while my credit was getting hit multiple times. Later I was informed by a manager how your credit score is really affected in the process but it was their job to explain this to me. It took almost 6 hours when it didn’t need to. They wouldn’t meet me in the middle with the extra $1000 or do anything to correct the misspoken words. It was terrible customer service and I was so disappointed because Kris was amazing to me up until that point. Bottom line...go in there knowing all ur stuff cuz some of them do not have the knowledge to explain things, even though it’s their job and even though they say they have been doing this for 20+ years. With that experience u should know your stuff. I do have to add that David Verrone was very knowledgeable and took some time to help me understand things better! I wish I remembered the name of the finance guy because he was terrible and was rude. He might have got frustrated since I was but I had a right to. It was his job to help and he was terrible. All in all, besides the financing stuff, I got the Jeep I wanted and got a good rate. Didn’t leave happy but did feel relieved the car buying process was complete! And I love my Jeep!!! More
