The finance Manager Salvador told her she could refinance it for a lower interest rate in a month. What a lie? This company is all about money and will do anything to get it. I called them and they said too bad!!! More

Horrendous inefficienct experience This is the worst car purchasing experience ever, it took 3 hours to sign documents, after being pre-approved thrpugh the internet. Interest rate was This is the worst car purchasing experience ever, it took 3 hours to sign documents, after being pre-approved thrpugh the internet. Interest rate was different than previously negotiated. Car was not ready for delivery as stated, the truck was on the lot several days before and still was pending window text. It took the finance person 23 minutes to count $8k in cash. Dealer insisted on vehicle having an insurance policy written on the VIN, wouldn't allow carry over insurance. In the 3 hour time period they still managed to miss putting on the temporary plates. Donte was rude and said it wasn't his deal. More

He does not take an entire family or buying party seriously. There was no attention brought to the buyers requests and questions were alsways avoided and answered how the manager wanted them answesered. Additionally, he did not listen to any answers or simply make eye contact. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! More
