Terrible- Felt Totally Disrespected My wife had bought a car with Bill Luke years ago and recently needed a replacement. We were placed with Craig... who seemed ok at first. We knew our credit situation beforehand, had money to put down and were very transparent with our budget and financing options. 3 days into finally finding the car... time for financing. Craig then finds he has another buyer who drove down from Tucson waiting for him (who is clearly buying since he drove all that way). No sooner do we get his financing efforts with an astronomical APR and monthly payment CLEARLY OUTSIDE OUR SET BUDGET... and are met with. "Well it looks like we are too far off, you should work on your finance situation and come back with more affordable cars in mind"... clearly upset, my wife and I left having wasted 3 days at that one dealership. Knowing we would get a call or email from him begging us to come back (now that he has time and wants the sale) we are emailed his vehicle suggestion... possibly the most laughable, slap in the face I've ever received via email. For reference: we were targeting $20,000 SUV's and he sent us a $6,000 mini cooper... as his suggestion. Not sure I've ever seen a bigger F-U to a customer. We then went to another large dealership, approved our financing within our budget for a $30,000 vehicle in the same week, and walked away supremely happy customers. More

A really easy process. Dwight and Luis were great. I looked at the car on a Sunday and bought it on Monday. Worst car buying experience ever. I recently purchase a new 2019 Dodge Journey from Bill Luke in Phoenix and it was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. We went their beca I recently purchase a new 2019 Dodge Journey from Bill Luke in Phoenix and it was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. We went their because we were just looking to see what they had since my daughter had somewhat okay deal with them a few years ago. I told them that I had recently had a bad experience with another car dealer and they said, "you can trust us, we sell a 1000 cars month". We test drove a similar Journey, but it was not the one we bought. when we went through the Sales dept. they knew that my max monthly payments were around $500 a month, which was really over my budget, but when we were in the finance area around 9pm, the finance person ignored the max monthly payments and he was trying to sell me additional warranty that would have made the monthly payments over $700 a month. I ended up getting talked into monthly payments almost $100 over my max payments, by purchasing an extended warranty of $2000. When I signed the contract, the monitor was built into the desk and it was hard to read. Also, they do not give you a hard copy of the contract agreement, it comes on a disk and I had to go somewhere and copy it off before I could read it. I drove the suv/truck off the lot after 9pm. I realized when I got home it was a mistake to have bought it. I called Bill Luke the next day when they opened trying to get someone to help me and no one would help. They said including the sales manager that I drove it off the lot it is mine and no returns. i begged to speak to the General Manager and the sales manager said he spoke with him and he said to tell me there is nothing that they can do. I told them can i trade the Journey for a smaller car and they said no that there is nothing they can do. So less tan 8 hours after I purchased the car, they basically were not wanting to help me. The car will bankrupt me, there was so much that i did not know. My insurance went up $200 a month, the tags will be over $400 and the depreciation was $7000 once i drove it off the lot. So now i am upside down on the car I wanted to sell it, but no one will buy it for what I paid for it and even tried to trade it in. I asked if they had a similar 48 hour return policy like Bill Luke in Santan had and they said absolutely not. It has only been driven a few miles, since i do not want to put miles on it and have it depreciate quicker. The only option I have now is to turn in the Journey to the finance company which will consider it a repossession and it will be auctioned off and I am responsible for the repossession fees, plus whatever I owe from the difference between what I owe and what the car sells at auction. Plus, this repossession will go on my credit records for 7 to 10 years. Lesson learned and I want to share with others, that if you purchase a new car from Bill Luke in Phoenix and drive it off the lot it's yours no return. More

Over a number of years I have brought my new and used cars here for service. Never a bad dealer-caused situation. They have been very good at rectifying the issues caused by Chrysler quality control and the usual wear-related repairs that are inevitably needed. I feel the time promises and fees charged are fair; neither cheap or expensive, nor do I feel I have ever been taken advantage of. Of course, I do my homework and know exactly what services I want for the car’s mileage. Mike Mask has taken good care of me over the years. Thank you! More

No one could explain how that happened while the Jeep was in their shop. There was no service manager on site or available by phone to talk to. There was no one to talk to about this issue. I've done years of business with Bill Luke. That loyalty counts for nothing. More
