Bought a used truck here. Its reps were very nice however the truck I purchased had no badges and I inadvertently bought a gas truck thinking it was diesel. Just over a week Its reps were very nice however the truck I purchased had no badges and I inadvertently bought a gas truck thinking it was diesel. Just over a week later I called back to see if I could trade the truck back in for a more expensive diesel and was offered $9000 less for the truck I just purchased. I understand how things work but this definitely feels like a slap in the face. Not the customer service I was expecting from a reputable dealer. I still have a slim amount of hope this can be worked out but as of now will not be suggesting Bill Luke to anyone I know. More
