Unorganized and Unprofessional We got an advertisement in the mail for $100 worth of gift cards if we made an appointment with Danny Thomas. I called him, made the appointment for the next day and he asked if I wanted to start the pre-approval process over the phone. I agreed and he told me someone would call me back within 5 minutes. Nobody ever called. My gut told me not to keep the appointment but I did. Drove 20 miles just to be further disappointed. After having to wait to meet with someone we were told the car we liked online wasn't there (the return phone call promised would have helped discover this) and they didn't even have the $100 worth of gift cards. The salesman who met with us (Mike?) was rude and made us feel like we wasted his time. More

Very Satisfied I came in on 10-12-19, 15 minutes prior to closing. Met with Abeel concerning a truck I found on the website. Abeel found it, discussed pricing, purch I came in on 10-12-19, 15 minutes prior to closing. Met with Abeel concerning a truck I found on the website. Abeel found it, discussed pricing, purchase options, etc. After a couple of hours, I told him I needed to think it over. Big purchase for me and just needed to sleep on it. I called Abeel the following day and drove off in about an hour of arriving. I don't enjoy the buying process, dealers, however Abeel and Luis in Finance made it very easy, enjoyable. Disappointed. They had my truck by for about a month charged me 1700 dollars and the truck still have the same problem.
