Not willing to work with you We made an apointment to have warenty work done. It was just an inspection an a couple pictures. They said because they didn't do any work on it that they couldn't have done it and won't take any responsability for it. Basicly calling us a liar. Very very disapointed with this visit. Unorganized and Unprofessional We got an advertisement in the mail for $100 worth of gift cards if we made an appointment with Danny Thomas. I called him, made the appointment for the next day and he asked if I wanted to start the pre-approval process over the phone. I agreed and he told me someone would call me back within 5 minutes. Nobody ever called. My gut told me not to keep the appointment but I did. Drove 20 miles just to be further disappointed. After having to wait to meet with someone we were told the car we liked online wasn't there (the return phone call promised would have helped discover this) and they didn't even have the $100 worth of gift cards. The salesman who met with us (Mike?) was rude and made us feel like we wasted his time. More
