In your case, we presented you with the MAXIMUM discount available. There is another finance offer available on the Ram 1500 you chose, which is a 0% interest loan from Chrysler, however this offer is EXCLUSIVE of any other rebates available, thus the increase in sale price by the amount of rebates that are available. You were still being offered the full Bill Luke discount. If we were able to combine all the rebates and 0% interest, we would have done so. We try to be as transparent as possible with our customers as we feel it is the best business practive. Your reply is 100% false! You did not honor the price that your dealership quoted me at all! Your quote said “bill luke finance price $33,888”! It didn’t say here is your price if you purchase it this way or here is another price if you purchase it that way! It said Bill Luke finance price $33,888. ! Your quote wasn’t honored in the least! The very second I walked through the door your price changed by $5000 ! Your online quotes are a scam to get people into your dealership in the hope that they are too stupid to ask why you instantly raised the price $5000. You never intended to sell me the truck for the quoted price! You failed to mention why you insulted me with your $3500 offer for my trade In that had a KBB trade in value of $9500-11,500! My trade that you would’ve sold for $13,500-15,000 easily! Bottom line is you scammed me and attempted to steal my trade in for $3500! Your dealership has no honor, ethics or morals! I am also sending an email directly to dodge and whoever else that I feel needs to know about your dealerships unethical practices!

Rick, It’s just not logical for any dealership to operate in the manner you described. We sell routinely sell 900 – 1,100 new and used cars every month. We successfully agreed to terms with each and every one of these customers. These are not people that are “too stupid to ask…” as you stated. These are all people that could buy a car anywhere and chose to do it with us. We sell to educated buyers that have dozens of online buying tools at their disposal. Most people that have shopped an average of three dealerships before deciding to purchase from us. These are people that have flown in from surrounding states because they found our deals more competitive than their local dealers. Many are people that have purchased multiple vehicles from Bill Luke over many years and have sent their friends and family to us as well. We are a big, busy store that does not have time for the games that you described. The only thing we will say about your trade is that there are times that a customer sees more value in their trade than we do. Of course they have to right to remove their trade from the deal. On a daily basis we get offers on our vehicles that we may consider are too low. We realize that when that happens it is just a difference of opinion, not an insult. We try to find common ground and if that cannot happen we part as friends. We are happy to hear that you reached out to “Dodge.” We hope that the manufacture responds to your letter in a way that you will believe/understand we are confident that they will explain what we have posted on our website for every new vehicle “Incentivized rates may affect incentives and/or pricing.”

Once again you have lied! Your dealership sent me a quote that you refused to honor! There are literally hundreds if not thousands of negative reviews of your dishonorable business practices! Everyone of your responses to these negative reviews begins with we’re sorry! Your dealership has been sorry hundreds if not thousands of times! Like I said, your dealership gave me an online quote that you refused to honor! Then you send me your absolute ignorant response stating that you sell 1100+ cars per month as if this makes it ok to rip off hundreds of intelligent buyers who were obviously more than dissatisfied with your less than honorable business practices! I am way too intelligent to buy from your dealership who lies and attempted to cheat me with a false online quote that you never intended to honor because that’s the type of business you run! Your dealership is the worst I have ever visited and I highly recommend to anyone interested in buying a new car not to buy from Bill Luke! There are plenty on honorable dealerships in the valley that I have purchased from and will purchase from again! I will never buy from Bill Luke and encourage everyone that is interested in buying a new car to go anywhere other than Bill Luke!
