Purchased a car from there and the sales person was great! But the finance managers are dogs! They literally tell you you either leave with 4.9% interest rate or buy $4000 in extended warranties and th great! But the finance managers are dogs! They literally tell you you either leave with 4.9% interest rate or buy $4000 in extended warranties and they will “buy down” the rate to get you a 3.9%. Will NEVER buy from them again or send another referral. I took a referral and they said the same thing but this was 14.5% interest or buy $4000 in warranties to “buy down the rate” at 6.9% WILL NEVER REFER SOMEONE TO THEM ON BUY WITH THEM AGAIN!!! More

Not sure about the negative reviews seen here - we bought our third card from Bill Luke and it was a great experience. Took a little too long after settling on terms to get finance done, but it was extremel our third card from Bill Luke and it was a great experience. The online price was clearly stated as the price if we used their finance, and it was extremely reasonable, if not downright cheap. Kris Dickey was our salesperson and she was straight to the point, just as we requested when we firsts talked to her. Will buy from here again, guaranteed. More
