Our experience with Bill Luke started off rough and we almost took our business elsewhere. Bait and Switch (Buyer Beware) I tried the online line purchasing and got their offer. Went to the dealership, and that's where the games began. Oh this truck has a bed liner and we didn't charge you for that. The document fees weren't right we need to raise the price. Then they blamed me for their web site, I used their site and it was their numbers. I wasted half a day with these crooks. Buyer Beware. More
Gosh where do I start? I tried to use the internet to contact by email. I got ANN, very nice, set up an appointment and all. Feeling good about everything at this point. Well ANN is not a human. I got Beverly who didn't look at ANN and changed the appointment. Beverly changed the appointment after several emails back and forth. I'm 95 miles away and need an appointment. I show up for appointment, no Beverly, she works from home. So one of the lot leaches drags me in and after finding Beverly is home and can't show me a the car I picked. The salesman Bill was a nice guy, he showed me the car and let me drive it. I like the car and told him the price was right and want to buy it. Boom it's all good, I can get by the initial mix-up. Bill is a pawn the company uses. His condescending boss comes up and finds out I want the vehicle. Finds I'm willing to pay the internet advertised price. He gives me a contract offering me half what my trade-in is worth and adds on widow tinting for $380 ($349+tax). Gee thanks condescending figure/boss. I decline the offer and walk out. Sell my car to my mechanic for almost double what they offer (because he knows it's a great car, that he worked on for years). I call them back and offer to buy the car I test drove minus the Tint add-on that I didn't want in the first place. I wanted their internet price. Plus taxes, doc fees and all, I didn't want the added suprise tint cost. Long story - short. Buyer beware... Bill was a good salesman but he isn't making the deal. The worm in-between wants to see how deep your pockets are. More
