Proof that they are so big, they have lost touch with the basics and the customer. Last week, I was called out of the blue by MOPAR to notify me a recall surfaced on my Dodge Viper. MOPAR did a fantastic job basics and the customer. Last week, I was called out of the blue by MOPAR to notify me a recall surfaced on my Dodge Viper. MOPAR did a fantastic job informing me, and they immediately connected me to a Service Advisor at Bill Luke. The Service Advisor at Bill Luke confirmed the recall on my Viper and asked me if we could set the appointment a week down the road to ensure the part arrived in time. In addition, I informed him I will be taking the car out of storage and asked him to set-up enough time to perform an oil change, tune-up and whatever else may appear in need of adjustment. Subsequently, the Viper is out of storage, ready to go to Bill Luke, and I became so excited getting behind the wheel, again, I planned to take it out of town after the appointment. Just now, the night before my appointment, they called me to cancel my appointment, stating they never ordered the part. The finest element of this review is the rationale as to why they never ordered the part: because they “do not have a technician qualified to work on a Viper.” Why did they set an appointment with me to service a vehicle which they do not have the means to service? Furthermore, why would they take a week to realize they do not have a technician qualified to service my Viper? Service Advisors, and Service Departments, should, even at the most basic entry level, know what work their technicians are capable of performing. One would certainly think a dealership as substantial as Bill Luke would understand the basics. Sometimes, organizations become so active, and prosperous, they either take things for granted, simply stop caring about customers, or find themselves doing both. Before you set an appointment to do business with Bill Luke, it may be wise to confirm they have the capability to actually execute what you are wanting to pay them to accomplish. Intriguingly, I can't help but to ponder if their Sales Department has the same issue and regularly sets appointments on vehicles they cannot actually sell. What a waste of time. Another dealership will have to put up with my money being paid to it, instead of Bill Luke. More

Nice, easy and fast experience. When I decided to get a new car I was prepared to have to deal with a lot of stress, bad deals and nasty vendors but Bill Luke surprised me. Found the exact two vehicles my wife an I were looking for and called dealership, let them know we would be trading in two cars that we had bought brand new, and I work in the automotive field and had boo for and called dealership, let them know we would be trading in two cars that we had bought brand new, and I work in the automotive field and had booked both of our trades out and had a rough idea what they were worth (Both 2018's still under warranty. Was told by salesperson that we would get higher value if we could bring them both in at the same time. Made the 40 minute drive and had them appraise our vehicles, they showed me over $5000 less then low clean trade for mine, and over $4000 less then clean trade for my wifes!! Complete waste of time, fine place to buy a vehicle as long as you do not plan to trade anything as they try and steal it!!! More

They are also tying to get over on customers and charge 450 extra dollars for bed liner...it's a standard option on the Limited trucks but each person I brought that up to just said oh sorry about that...they are all clearly trying to get over on customers. The price I agreed to was 57300. When I ask how to setup payment they come back and say oh that was the price if you finance thru us at a MINIMUM 6%?! I already had financing set and was ready to pay for the truck until that happened. I also asked to not pay 359.00 for tint on two windows since it's not legal here in California. Plus they clearly overpaid for tint on two windows?! Two tinted front windows are 100.00 anywhere you go. When asked to remove the charge they just stopped responding, I had to call back 3 times and each time they raised the price. Crooks and shady practices, you should stand by you pricing. Not try to upcharge. On Autotrader you have the lowest prices and now where does it say the price is that if you finance with them. When you speak to them they have a ton of oh that price is if you finance or if you qualify for this or that rebate...So basically FALSE ADVERTISING It's no wonder they have such terrible reviews. DO NOT BUY from this STEALERship. More
