The personal that work there are not well trained in anything but making a sale no matter what!!!!! By far the most unorganized Dealership not sure how they stay in business. Three times we had to sign papers that they had made mistakes on.(same paper work). I could write a book on all of things that went wrong due to peoples incompetence and just down right not giving a DARN. More
Had a wonderful experience at Bill Luke. I saw a used car I wanted online, Ricky helped us out with a payment to hold the car and answered all questions we had. The only thing this place has going for them is the fact they have a large lot full of options. If you’re a female prepare for groups of male employees to stare. Once we agreed on a price for the car, our experience went downhill. We were thrown around to a few offices/people to finish the transaction and treated like we were a nuisance. We were brought to a private office to get our financing prepared and we weren’t quite done on the phone with our bank so they made us go back out into the loud common area couches to finish (office wasn’t in use after leaving it so it would’ve been nice to give us a few mins) Once ready, we were brought back in the financing office and the guy is rushing us through the signings. We told our salesman the day before we did NOT want the window tint warranty (about $400) and they “accidentally” left it on the receipt in which we were rushed to sign, therefore forced to pay for something we explained we didn’t want from the start. They brought the car to me dirty and I sent it back to clean again yet the hood was still dirty, i let it go since it was going to rain anyway. The drivers seat motor squeaks when moving the chairs back and fourth so I told them I’d need that fixed if I were to purchase. They oiled it but it still squeaks and at that point I already purchased the car so they told me to take it to the Cadillac dealership because it basically isn’t their problem anymore (???) Overall my dad and I felt as if we were in the way and a nuisance which is not how you treat people spending 30k at your establishment. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you are looking for an accommodating experience. More
