HORRIFFIC INEPT UNPROFESSIONAL DISGUSTING SERVICE!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! THE LIES, CHANGING OF PRICE, HORRIFIC SERVICE. I had a a deal ready to go. Then they change the price because they m DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! THE LIES, CHANGING OF PRICE, HORRIFIC SERVICE. I had a a deal ready to go. Then they change the price because they made up something about credit rate - this changes NOTHING, they get paid the same no matter what. They practice bait and switch pricing. Next I had credit approval, loan approval and a done deal, they needed to wait a day for a letter and I had a ticket set to fly to Arizona. I sent the letter as agreed and then they told me they sold the vehicle I had agreed to purchase to someone else! HORRIFIC disgusting unprofessional garbage company! I have 100% approval, I have turned in every document and already had everything 100% done. Then they tell me this and say I should have put down a deposit! I talked with these inept disgusting people 5 days straight and already had a done deal, NEVER did they say you should put down a deposit! NEVER did they say we are selling the vehicle to someone else! HORRIFIC inept degusting people. I easily could have put 10K down, but because of there inept horrific service I got screwed, wasted a week of my time, wasted a plane ticket and days off from work! The deal was made and they lead me to believe there was ZERO issues. The vehicle I was purchasing was discounted and then they tried to tell me they have another one at a higher price - 100% BAIT AND SWITCH AND LYING! The yare a disgusting "used car" sales force who practices "bait and switch" business. If you want to get treated like garbage from the USED CAR SALES style of disgusting dirty people this is the place for you. What a horrible experience and horrific customer service and treatment. Be ready to be treated like garbage , get bait and switch pricing and lied to. More

I did a lot of my research and viewing of the vehicles at home on the Bill Luke website. Lizbeth R. in the internet department was very quick to respond to my initial inquiries, which was refreshing! At my first in-person visit to the dealer, Bill M. in sales greeted me and accompanied me on 2 or 3 test drives. He was patient and informative. I returned a couple of weeks later and Ahmad in sales greeted me, showed me the vehicle, and handled my test drive in a professional manner. He answered my questions about the vehicle, and he was not pushy at all! I decided to move forward on the vehicle purchase and Thayer assisted me in finance, which was also a breeze. He took the time to explain everything to me and I loved the huge touchscreen on the surface of his desk. Lastly, Ezequiel the delivery coordinator was excellent. He took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle I purchased and he had a positive attitude, which is key! Thank you Bill Luke for a great car buying experience!
