Good luck buying cash, because they will charge you THOUSANDS of dollars over what they advertised the price of the vehicle for because you are not going through their fraudulent financing ! Do not be surprised if they make you wait 20-30 minutes when you arrive EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. I sincerely hope they lose as MUCH business as possible so places like this (BIG, SCAMMING, FRAUDULENT Dealerships with lots of inventory) will have to start treating the Customer/Consumer with more honesty and transparency!!! Extremely poor service. NEVER spoke with a manager and had to jump through many hoops to get answer to basic questions. We were also told that they do not offer military discounts to service members who r had to jump through many hoops to get answer to basic questions. We were also told that they do not offer military discounts to service members who retired after 25 years of service. THEIR WEBSITE SAYS DIFFERENTLY. Sticker shows window tinting added in a package and yet they had a dealer add on for another $395.00. Just over all disappointment in a company that should be able to provide customer service with professionalism. More

A very crooked bait and switch listings on autotrader. Contacted the dealership for a Jeep Wrangler (talked to one Chris Ortiz) listed on autotrader and was told that the price is $1000 higher than was l Contacted the dealership for a Jeep Wrangler (talked to one Chris Ortiz) listed on autotrader and was told that the price is $1000 higher than was listed + a few hundred dollars for tinting + $600+ for documentation. All together more than $2000 than the listed price. Chris explained that the price on Autotrader was if I was interested in financing and that the cash price is higher - what a pile of crap - what else are these guys comfortable lying about? More

HORRIFFIC INEPT UNPROFESSIONAL DISGUSTING SERVICE!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! THE LIES, CHANGING OF PRICE, HORRIFIC SERVICE. I had a a deal ready to go. Then they change the price because they m DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! THE LIES, CHANGING OF PRICE, HORRIFIC SERVICE. I had a a deal ready to go. Then they change the price because they made up something about credit rate - this changes NOTHING, they get paid the same no matter what. They practice bait and switch pricing. Next I had credit approval, loan approval and a done deal, they needed to wait a day for a letter and I had a ticket set to fly to Arizona. I sent the letter as agreed and then they told me they sold the vehicle I had agreed to purchase to someone else! HORRIFIC disgusting unprofessional garbage company! I have 100% approval, I have turned in every document and already had everything 100% done. Then they tell me this and say I should have put down a deposit! I talked with these inept disgusting people 5 days straight and already had a done deal, NEVER did they say you should put down a deposit! NEVER did they say we are selling the vehicle to someone else! HORRIFIC inept degusting people. I easily could have put 10K down, but because of there inept horrific service I got screwed, wasted a week of my time, wasted a plane ticket and days off from work! The deal was made and they lead me to believe there was ZERO issues. The vehicle I was purchasing was discounted and then they tried to tell me they have another one at a higher price - 100% BAIT AND SWITCH AND LYING! The yare a disgusting "used car" sales force who practices "bait and switch" business. If you want to get treated like garbage from the USED CAR SALES style of disgusting dirty people this is the place for you. What a horrible experience and horrific customer service and treatment. Be ready to be treated like garbage , get bait and switch pricing and lied to. More
