We have bought lots of vehicles from Bill Luke. Always felt like they were fair to us. However we purchased a vehicle 3/6/21 and as we were walking out of the building realized the windows were not tinte felt like they were fair to us. However we purchased a vehicle 3/6/21 and as we were walking out of the building realized the windows were not tinted. We were charged $359 on the contract. We were told they would send us a check. We have talked with our sales person, Bruno, 2 sales managers, Yousef and Jerry. Tried to talk to their boss, David Mitchell, twice. He never returned either of my calls. Was promised 2 different times by Jerry that he would have the check delivered to our house. But still NO CHECK.....? Not sure what we are supposed to do, but do not leave this dealership unless you have EVERYTHING in writing!! More

I called on 4/29 trying set an appointment for my vehicle on 4/30 because it was the only day I had off for the next month or so. I told the appointment taker on the phone that I knew they would not get to on 4/30 because it was the only day I had off for the next month or so. I told the appointment taker on the phone that I knew they would not get to my vehicle for a few days and I was ok with that, that I just wanted to drop it off. She says yes that is fine. So on 4/30 I get a text message stating that I have an appointment on 5/30. When I called the service department to ask what was going on a different person told me that my appointment was set for 5/7 and there was nothing she could do because there were no appointments available until then. I then asked her if it was ok to just drop my vehicle that day because I wasn't going to be able to miss any other day of work. She said no because they had no parking available on the lot. I ask her that there was really no parking anywhere on that huge lot that they have and she said "sorry but no" in a condescending tone. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager then gave me the exact same response word for word. So then they rescheduled me for 5/3 and told me that I could drop my vehicle off Sunday evening right after she told me that they have no parking that they have been getting fined for parking where they shouldn't be. So now I have to reschedule and find a way to get my vehicle there. If I didn't buy an extended warranty through Bill Luke to where I have to take to only them or pay a deductible I would never do business with this dealership. More
