Just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2021 used Low mileage, amazing! The sales rep Isaiass was friendly and Eziquel was awesome as well. The issues started when I had to put a $1500 deposit down to reserve the vehicle. Fine , it’s a crazy market, awesome color and speciality vehicle. Came back 2 days later to finally test drive the car and finish the buying process. During the test drive I noticed that there was a crack in the windshield a small chip nothing too big. The reason why I wasn’t able to leave with the vehicle the first day I was there was because it was getting inspected. How the inspectors missed the windshield chip I’m not too sure especially since it’s in the middle view, and you can’t not see it. My sales rep says he saw it as well, but didn’t say anything which was kind of weird that I had to point it out considering how expensive of an investment I’m making at this business. I left with the vehicle Monday. It is now Wednesday and not one person has called me to fix the windshield or fill the windshield as they stated they would do. Which I’m also not sure how they would determine if the vehicle would be needing the windshield replaced or the chip field without them even looking at it, which was also weird and abnormal. Today is Wednesday and we are planning on taking the car on a road trip and now risk the chip spreading which I’m almost certain they wouldn’t fix anymore. Lastly I dropped $10,000 on this vehicle and they couldn’t even fill up the gas tank which they said they never do it’s very odd because every time I ever bought it comes with a full tank of gas to leave. Considering how much of an investment I put down up front and how I was treated is not fair in my opinion and this is coming from someone who has worked in the auto industry and knows how these things work. I called yesterday to get an update, but was told it takes 1-2 days to get contacted when on Monday I was promised that it would get fixed the next day. I understand my sales rep is new. We’ve all been there, but there needs to be some accountability from someone. I was an easy sell knew exactly what I wanted. Didn’t fuss financed through their preferred lender after getting a great deal. I was an awesome customer and just expect to be met with a little better service. Thanks, Carlos More
