We had the displeasure of trying to buy a used vehicle from Bill Luke over the weekend. My husband had worked out the deal over the phone with one of the internet managers Jamie Damanti. We had all the numbers and payment information in hand and told him we will be in shortly. We then packed up our toddler and drove an hour to the dealership to finalize and sign the paperwork. When my husband arrived he was passed off to Shane who the dealership put in the position to deliver the news “we already sold the car to someone else” Jamie who we had been working with didn’t even have the decency to speak with us himself. No one called us to tell us the vehicle wasn’t available any longer nothing. We arrived at the dealership an hour and a half after the deal was sent over to us. They offered to show “comparable vehicles” however, we were looking for something specific, and there was nothing “comparable” in their inventory. Zero Stars tried to buy at advertised and emailed price. Which says everyone's price on it. I even went up to 24k out the door. Be careful here! My family has used this dealer many times and it used to be great. It’s been a couple years, but I went back as a loyal customer. Kristine Becker is who we dealt with and she Ran my credit and sent me the deal, only to get me in the door and tell me they sold it while I was coming in. From the time I got my financing paperwork, to the time I was at their doorstep to ‘pick up my vehicle’ was 3 hours. 3 hours from the time she said ‘I’ll have it washed and pulled up and ready to go for you! It’ll be very quick, don’t worry!’. I CANCELLED another deal because they sent me the paperwork and this one was ‘done’. I live an hour from the dealer- so cancelled that other dealer, then quickly hit the road to pick up my new car. No call, no text, no email letting me know they sold it out from under me. Zero communication! This is after spending more than 24hrs being told they’re short staffed and busy and that’s why it took so long to finish my deal. The sales lady didn’t even come out to speak to me, but instead sent her counterpart and then he proceeded to attempt to sell me a more expensive, older, vehicle - of course. We left, of course, and started our hour long journey home, instead. Now having to start all over after the time, credit pulls, and cancelling my other deal to take theirs. They very much scammed me. Out of a lot of time, a lot of credit pulling, and a lot of $$ to get a ride out there in traffic. So disappointed - it takes 2 seconds to send a quick text that you’re selling it out from under me. The counterman at bill luke help me in one tenth time I spent at the other dealers. I will tell you if and when im needing service or parts it will be these guys. The counterman that helped me work on the line at one time at airpark dodge the worst dealer in all of arizona as I told him about the hassels involved with finding parts with the airpark dealer I'd say Bill Luke gets 2 thumbs up infact they get all ten fingers up you guys rock More
Service dependent needs work. I’ve never had a dealership schedule me a date and time to drop my vehicle off, not give me a loaner and then not service my vehicle at all and then I’ve never had a dealership schedule me a date and time to drop my vehicle off, not give me a loaner and then not service my vehicle at all and then give me the excuse that it was a drop off appointment not a service appointment and they will try to get to my vehicle the next day I’m having to pay out-of-pocket for rental car from their dealership While my vehicle sits there I could’ve been driving this whole time because they weren’t servicing the vehicle priority to have premium vehicles new vehicles instead of to the appointment dates and times that they provide not my service advisors fault but poor management on the sales side while I was waiting on a vehicle on Appointment, the sales person asked me if I’d like to look at Something and I said no I’m just walking around my vehicle being serviced. I came back around after I decided I had a question about a vehicle that had passed by the sales said I’m not working with the condescending tone and looked away. I was actually considering upgrading my vehicle, but after that interaction with that sales person after the poor management of the service department and after asking for a quote from the body shop and the person helping me never contacted me back after three emails I think I’ll take my business elsewhere. More
I have been shopping for a new ram 2500 for a while and saw a listing for one that had every option I wanted at this dealership. The list price was suspiciously lower than what I’ve seen elsewhere so I ema saw a listing for one that had every option I wanted at this dealership. The list price was suspiciously lower than what I’ve seen elsewhere so I emailed to verify. I expected a little adjustment for some dealer added options but not $11k. Immediately after my inquiry they adjusted the listing to reflect the increase, wishing I would have screenshot the original listing but now seems like I’m just another whining customer. I hate that this is the norm, dealers tricking customers to get your attention so they can try to upsell you. More

I came here because they had a vehicle I was interested in everything went really smooth I made the purchase of a 2020 tesla, after I bring it home I started studying the vehicle and after a couple months in everything went really smooth I made the purchase of a 2020 tesla, after I bring it home I started studying the vehicle and after a couple months I got in contact with tesla and it turns out a lot of what this dealer snuck in my loan is a bunch of xx. Maybe not for all vehicles but for tesla it is. Ricardo Luca in finance didn't explain half the items he attempted to sell us he said you damage your tires come see us you'll be taken care of the other is this gila coat I asked about it he said it's exterior maintenance and when I told him how far we live he said it doesn't matter just swing by every now and then I said I'm not going to take an hour and a half drive to wash my car. And finally the security all this adds up to over $2000 on our loan, but again tesla has its own proprietary sentry mode security system along with GPS directly to my phone and this isn't the biggest issue I have with them. The issue I'm having is canceling these items I've made 3 attempts to cancel in writing by email to both Mr Luca and the general manager Kim Carter and have yet received a response or confirmation that this will be taken care of. So Maybe a review Regarding my experience will get them moving. I will include this to all platforms. More
