I showed up at 0645 (they open at 0700) for the quick lube (just oil change) and it took them over 2 hours. They sent me a text to respond to with questions while I waited but the service rep (Jose) ign lube (just oil change) and it took them over 2 hours. They sent me a text to respond to with questions while I waited but the service rep (Jose) ignored my texts. After finally getting my truck back, they reported that my tires would need to be replaced soon, even those one of them was Brand New! Additionally recommended other services that I had recently done, but must not have appeared in the system (example: Brake fluid flush). Lastly, not sure why they moved my passenger seat all the way back and then leaned back. Looks like someone was taking a nap in there. Horrible first impressions - I will not go back there. More
