Terrible, they did a price on my trade in and then revoked the price do to their mistake. They made the deal and right before the deal for me to sign, the sales manager came in and said they over pri revoked the price do to their mistake. I understand there was a mistake but then the manager came back with an insulting bid !!!!!!!! He did not have the professionalism to look me in the eye and try to make something good out of the mistake. On another note I showed the sales person that the truck on the ad was listed as a long bed and it was a short bed. Also the Carfax stated 2 owners and in their ad they said one owner, The sales person just talked past those concerns. I would not buy from them or even look at a vehicle, I feel they are a shady dealership and don't care about the customer, just the bottom line. RUN RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER !!!!!!!!! More

Bought a lemon car that was certified from here it was a year old or less. And less than four days it was in the shop. And to this day three years later is still constantly in the shop. My husband and I was expecting great professional service when we arrived at Bill Luke Dodge but we were surprised by the UNPROFESSIONAL & LACK OF CARING ATTITUDE that both the salesman & the desk manager s when we arrived at Bill Luke Dodge but we were surprised by the UNPROFESSIONAL & LACK OF CARING ATTITUDE that both the salesman & the desk manager showed while we were at the dealership. I needed to make an EXTREMELY EXTREMELY Important phone call as we arrived but my cell phone had just turned off because it needed charged. So Mike asked the salesman if I could use the phone. Shane replied absolutely and showed me the way, "TAKE AS MUCH TIME AS I NEEDED"!! After only a few minutes while I was on hold I could notice the salesman getting initiated. Why I was curious. Mike confronted Shane and asked him if everything was OK? Apparently Shane asked Mike how long I was going to be on the phone for& Mike told him well how was he supposed to know that?‽ Mike told him that it was a EXTREMELY IMPORTANT call though. A few minutes later Shane was asking Mike for us to leave that they wasn't in business to let there business phone to be used by homelessness or down right FREE! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I noticed Mike walking up to talk to the General Manager to complain but was unsuccessfully because he was in a meeting and soon after a desk manager walked up to Mike. Mike explained what transpired between the Shane & Mike. The Manager apologized and I was told don't worry and use as much time as I needed on the phone. The manager right away got another salesman to help us. Mike went outside to look at used cars while I was on hold waiting for the person to come back to the line to help me. (The reason for this Emergency phone call was to a support line so we could get help getting HELP with our late monthly rent because we had just been served an eviction by a process server to be evicted because of our hours being cut to less than 15 hours at work. So when I say the call was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT I ment it! After a while Mike & the new salesman came back from a test drive and came inside to see about trading our 2016 Veloster we only owed $2500. A few minutes later Mike walked up as soon as the person came on the phone Mike told me that we were asked to leave by the manager. Apparently we were being kicked off the property due to I had been on their business phone to long & that the manager pulled the same xx the salesman did. So now I had to hang up the phone In which we LOST OUR CHANCES in receiving HELP from the city of Phoenix so we wouldn't be evicted. THIS UPSET MIKE AND I VERY DEEPLY! It's almost impossible to get through to get help from this agency. We had been trying for several weeks with no success & now this happens. WHY is their people like this in this world to feel its ok to play games with peoples lives like that. We didn't come into the dealership to use the phone, We came in to see about down trading our newer car for a older cheaper one but fate has it my cell just happens to die because the low battery. I sure hope the Salesman and desk manager feel good about what they did!!! There was absolutely NO reason for them to play games with peoples lives. UNPROFESSIONAL UNETHICAL & JUST DOWN RIGHT WRONG HOW WE WERE TREATED! ******AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST & I MEAN THAT OR YOU MAY JUST BE TREATED LIKE 3RD RATE xxxxxxxx!!!!! Truly Truly sad that they would hire or let continuing working employees that treat the most important thing that keeps the doors open, THE CUSTOMER, SHAME ON YOU!! More
Beware! Not women friendly! Perhaps they listen to male customers, but who knows? Sales staff, finance departments, even a gal in paperwork all failed to hear my words and my needs to the degree that their customers, but who knows? How do they handle it when you point out things you said that the blew over? They blame the customer plus add a massive dose of condescending mansplaining to drowned you out. In addition, all of them took at least one very rude/snotty shot random at me out of the blue. Heaven forbid they should listen and try to improve the customer experience. Misinformation abounds with their one-size fits all , cookie cutter sales approach. They can’t think outside the box, only say what they think you want to hear until it does not suit them. Bill Luke advertisers as a family friendly, old school biz then presents themselves in person as too slick and cool. If only they channeled some of that energy and money into staff communications training instead. More
