Read the reviews before you choose to visit this dealership! I should've read the reviews. I would've saved myself a lot of time. They basically wasted my time by making me believe they were goi dealership! I should've read the reviews. I would've saved myself a lot of time. They basically wasted my time by making me believe they were going to sell me a vehicle, quoted me a price & when it was time to sign paperwork. They "mistakenly" have a completely different vehicle on my paperwork! They tell me to go back the following day to pick up the correct vehicle, sign new paperwork, & they were going to honor the price they had aIready quoted me. I go back the following day & what happens? I spent 5hrs in there! Talked to completely different people who were not fully aware of what had happened the night before, they did not have any paperwork ready, we had to sit through hrs of "negotiations" & in the end they were telling me that the vehicle I wanted was more expensive & they would not honor the price eventhough the previous night they said they would since it was their "mistake". Needless to say, they knew I had fallen in love with the vehicle & I truly feel like they used that to their advantage. They basically told me to take it or leave it at the price they were giving me. Lastly we go to the finance guy & find out there's other "fees" besides the tax title & doc fee. I was livid, frustrated, disappointed, hurt & left there feeling like a fool, like I got played because they knew I really wanted that vehicle. I will never again even consider going to their dealership! More
