It was mostly not the 400 but the fact of how I was disrespected and talk to by both your sales person and most importantly the way your manager, Jerry talk to me and hung up on me that shows me the kind of people that you have working at this dealership. When you have a manager who supposed to lead example treats the customer with total disrespect.

Danny, we believe your review is a little harsh, but we certainly understand where you are coming from. First, let us apologize again. As an auto group we recondition more used vehicles than anyone else in Arizona. (around 2,000 per month) However, we blew it on yours. We have humans involved in the process and humans make mistakes. It was a fluke, but somehow your vehicle slipped through a crack and we are sorry for that. Once we realized this happened, rather than sweeping it under the rug, we contacted you immediately to rectify the situation. Although your vehicle was perfectly safe, we tried to help you find other cars you might like better. When you said you were not satisfied, our General Manager agreed to let you out of the deal as soon as he returned on Monday. Again, we are sorry this happened, but we hope you understand that we did everything we could to make it right for you.

Like I stated to the Service Director, your combative attitude and argumentative nature now has me doing businees elsewhere. I was trying to get a vehicle purchased for My Mother as a xmas present and this issue took up my day, delaying the purchase to the 24th. Not ideal. Looks like I will be buying a Mercedes instead of a vehicle at your facility. Maybe these argument on whether I am retired and more emphasis on customer service, you had a chance to salvage the relationship. I doubt this matters, since the "family owned business" is solely interested in the bottom line and NO THE CUSTOMERS.. I hope to be proven wrong and have the owner reach out, so we can discuss the downward trajectory of the customer service issues they are having, I'm sure they aren't aware of the homeless using our cars as overnight accommodations!!!
