Although I appreciate you trying to remediate after the fact, the appointment is scheduled by your team. I waited almost a week to get in, so you control that volume. It should be at a level that allows your techs time to review and fix same day. If they need additional time, great. Communicate that. But to have to hear from a sales rep trying to buy my car instead of my service tech in the afternoon my car hasn’t been touched yet tipped me over, especially since it was to review work performed at your shop. Then, it took 35+ mins to bring my car up front yesterday when I came to pick it up? Completely unacceptable I’ll have it serviced elsewhere. Horrible, horrible service…
