I called early on a Wednesday morning to speak with the Service Department. After being put on hold for an extended period of time, I was offered the opportunity to leave a voice mail. I left my contact information with the understanding that someone would return my call that same day. Didn't happen. I emailed the dealership that evening and revived a response from someone in sales assuring me that someone from the Service Department would call me on Thursday. Didn't happen. I tried to speak with a Serice Manager (possibly Efram) on Friday morning and was unable to get in touch with him. I called and was told that a Sales Manager would return my call. Still waiting for that call. - - UPDATE - Finally received a call back from one of the Service Managers. He apologized for the inconvenience and scheduled my vehicle for service on Monday (3 days from today). I appreciate the time that he (Efram) took explaining what might have happened with my prior phone calls and attempts to reach someone in the Service Department. I understand that there may have been a learning curve with their new phone system, but it still is frustrating for customers. I am happy to be able to get my vehicle in prior to two scheduled surgeries and Jury Duty (both in Superior Court and Federal Court). even in retirement, I always seem to have a very busy schedule and depend on my vehicle. Don’t even consider this dealer to buy a car. They will try to rob you blind. Picked out a Jeep, had my financing ready to buy. Checked if it was available. Got a text and video of the Jeep. When I called I told the non salesman that I didn’t want the $400 tint that they tack on to the price of the car because it is illegal in my state. Salesman said it was already tinted. I told him that I just got a video 1 hour ago and the front windows were not tinted. He lied and said they do them to every car. I told him again that it is not tinted in the video they made for me because the guy said my name in the video. His attitude changed instantly. I told him I have my shipping company ready to pick up the car when it’s ready. He told me I would have to use their shipper which was $2000 more than my shipper quoted me. I made him an offer for the car. He said he would run the numbers for me and hung up on me. Received an email with the list price, with the $400 tint, the $3495 shipping cost and a $699.00 doc fee. This is how they do business by telling you that you need to pay for services and items you don’t want and legally they cannot force you to buy. Needless to say I didn’t buy their car and called another dealer and bought the same car without all those items and services I did not want and was told I had to purchase. Good dealers and salesmen do not have to force unwanted items to sell cars and trucks. The order taker/ salesman couldn’t sell ice water to a man dying of thirst in the middle of desert. Real salesman earn people’s business.They do not have to lie and try to force people into buying things they don’t need or want to make earn a living. From the several other bad reviews looks like this is business as usual for this place. Save yourself the hassle and find another dealer. This one wants to rob you. More
Just bought a new 2024 Dodge Ram 2500 . They sold the vehicle with a broken door handle and have had the vehicle in the shop several times and have yet to fix it! I chose this dealership because they sold me my car but they did me a disservice today. This car has been nothing but problems for me and they won’t even take the time to fix it so I can be on my way. Nobody is that far behind. Took my 2016 Hellcat there for service and got a call at 1130pm that a homeless person was sleeping in the car, went down there to press charges. Brought it in last week to have glass vacuumed out of the door and when I got it back it was low on gas and 2 days later the handle broke!!! They wanted to send a guy back and drive it from Tempe to the dealer!!!! Totally unacceptable!!! This place, In my opinion, has gone downhill!!! Basically, I wasted a portion of my life with the pressure of making sales and the lies that follow. Upon my purchase, I believed this vehicle was in proper working order and met a certain quality standard. After experiencing recurring issues, specifically the engine itself blew and cylinder 3 keeps having a misfire, misfire in compartment #2, and the moon roof will not close all the way, and your services I paid for extra were not able to receive and couldn't get them, such as the detailing of the car inside and out buffing it scratches, etc., I returned the car for repairs to your dealership and later to an authorized Kia service center. Unfortunately, the problem persists, creating ongoing inconvenience and financial strain. More

They went and checked their computer systems and came back and said "You're right, but the price was a mistake, so we're not going to honor it." They could of course say this with every price on the website. During a previous experience looking at a different car, the salesman didn't seem to care about our time, didn't explain any of the process, and made my wife and kids uncomfortable. It seems this dealership only cares about money and do not their customers. More
