This service department is fantastic. I had a very frustrating experience with Burien Nissan and a non-existent experience with Campbell Nissan, who did not return phone calls, so to find I had a very frustrating experience with Burien Nissan and a non-existent experience with Campbell Nissan, who did not return phone calls, so to find Korum Nissan who were willing to discuss the CVT transmission issue with Sentras, give me some guidance on what to look for and how long I have under an extended warranty, and generally work to make sure that I had a good experience, felt heard, and that they tried to help has made up for the other two dealerships. I will make Korum Nissan my dealership of choice going forward, and I truly appreciate their candor, diligence, and honesty. Thank you to Nick and Blake, and to the mechanics whose names I don't know who updated my TCU settings. The car is driving better, but the service department is really the reason I'll be back.. More

We bought a 2021 Nissan Armada and the dealership offered a maintenance plan to cover major services and oil changes. We trusted the dealership and their finance officer during the negotiation. Later we di a maintenance plan to cover major services and oil changes. We trusted the dealership and their finance officer during the negotiation. Later we discovered what we actually purchased does not cover anything more than four oil changes before 36000 miles. So, at 33000 we need a major service and found it would cost over a $1000 for all fluid changes, rotation of the tires, and filtering changes done. Because the plan impressed and told we were purchasing would cover these types of services, covers nothing. Why buy from Puyallup Nissan or any of Bill Korum’s dealerships when their sales representative and finance officer are not honest. Absolutely no way will I recommend any of their locations. This is how their employees treat buyers - dishonestly. In addition to after purchasing the SUV, not one of their service representatives knew how to operate the entertainment systems to play videos in the headrest and this includes the sales person who sold us the SUV. Seriously! You sell us a product you won’t cover nor refund us the cost of the plan, but you don’t even know your product. Wow!!! xxxxty and pathetic all in one batch.
